Stand or kneel for illegal rogue state empire’s national propaganda anthem? Either way: ‘We the People’ must step-up to .01% arrests for OBVIOUS crimes in war, looting, lying that annually kill millions, harm billions, loot trillions or sing to our slavery forever

No refuge could save the hireling and slave

From the terror of flight or the gloom of the grave,

And the star-spangled banner in triumph doth wave

O’er the land of the free and the home of the brave.

~ US National Anthem asserting terror or death to American Blacks protesting their slavery, 1812 (by Francis Scott Key, a slave-owning Washington, D.C. lawyer)

Let’s summarize some of this history, then provide context of ongoing US illegal rogue state empire that demands both protests and .01% arrests:

  • World War One was a lie-started US war of choice with zero national security threat to bond among colonial powers lying their militaries into war-murdering each other over who would control foreign resources (natural and human). These lies engulfed both my grandfathers, killed over 100,000 Americans, wounded over 200,000. President Wilson declared The Star-Spangled Banner as the US national anthem two years after entering this blood bath, along with making any protest to the war illegal in Orwellian opposition to the US Constitution’s 1st Amendment. This world war in the century almost all readers were born into killed ~20 million, was never about US propaganda “to make the world safe for democracy” or “war to end all wars,” but merely transferred colonies from the losing nations to the winners.
  • People have the 1st Amendment right to protest the national anthem and/or pledge of allegiance, including at public schools (although schools often violate this protection [and here]).
  • Beginning in 2009, the US Department of Defense (DOD) began paying the NFL over a million dollars a year of our taxpayer money for “patriotic displays” during their games. A US Congressperson concludes the NFL should be punished for “insulting our country and flag” and lose that money. Since 1997, the NFL has received $4.7 billion in additional tax money for stadium construction.
  • DOD repeats this practice in other US professional sports, with the NBA issuing warning to teams that their players are forbidden from protesting during the national anthem. The total cost of taxpayers subsidizing war propaganda might be over $100 million/year.
  • In 2016, SF 49er quarterback Colin Kaepernick began taking a knee during the national anthem in protest of police violence against persons of color. This practice has escalated, with the Oakland Raider players perhaps feeling so strongly to voice such protest that players might have allowed their anthem-standing quarterback to be sacked in protest of his lack of protest.

Lee Camp’s sharp nine minutes on this situation:

highImpactFlix also has powerful documentation and context in 14 minutes:

The Big Picture: .01% illegal US rogue state empire annually killing millions, harming billions, looting trillions

I appreciate alternative media journalists asking We the People to see the big picture (here, for one). As a professional academic with 40 years’ experience of study and work on these issues, colleagues and I are unaware of any attempts to refute the following factual claims. The only way the empires continue is through psychopathic lying leaders controlling corporate media and public education.

Of course, we’re empathetic to the initial shock these facts evoke from those still “hoping for change” to “make America great again,” and relatively blind that the United States is devolving into tragic-comedy, with no end in sight. For just a few examples:

Ready to demand lawful .01% arrests for OBVIOUS crimes centered in war, looting, lying, or do you need more damage, debt, death?

You have a choice.

Given the prima facie evidence, it’s unreasonable for Americans to “hope for change” from Donald Trump’s “leadership.” We the People must demand .01% arrests or continue to serve as minions and work animals to rogue state empire. Until .01% arrests prove real leadership to stop ongoing slaughter of millions of human beings, harm to billions, and looting of trillions, it is only reasonable for Americans to embrace the evidence only lightly summarized in this article to conclude ongoing illegal .01% empire under a new “teleprompter reader-in-chief,” lying psychopathic puppet, oligarchic tool on the Right hand of one vicious imperial political body.

The categories of crime include:

  1. Wars of Aggression (the worst crime a nation can commit).
  2. Likely treason for lying to US military, ordering unlawful attack and invasions of foreign lands, and causing thousands of US military deaths.
  3. Crimes Against Humanity for ongoing intentional policy of poverty that’s killed over 400 million human beings just since 1995 (~75% children; more deaths than from all wars in Earth’s recorded history).

US military, law enforcement, and all with Oaths to support and defend the US Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, face an endgame choice:

In just 90 seconds, former US Marine Ken O’Keefe powerfully states how you may choose to voice “very obvious solutions”: arrest the criminal leaders (video starts at 20:51, then finishes this episode of Cross Talk):

Ooh, slave owners in 1776? Here is a challenge to the author. Please research the great egalitarian democratic states of Africa and Asia in 1776 and get back to us. Oh, by the way Muslims and Africans still practice slavery in 2017. Where’s your outrage? The US Constitution is worth fighting for when all is said and done.

    • Carl_Herman

Ooh, a song with lyrics promising death to slaves adapted as the US “national anthem” in 1918, over 50 years after slavery was abolished?

Muslims and Africans are not allowed to rule their own territories of strategic interest to the “former” colonies. Research that and get back to us about who the real ongoing slave masters are over natural and human “resources.” But I agree, Christian: it’s the US Constitution that’s worth upholding, and contrasting with the illegal .01% rogue state empire lording over us and targeted nations.

Its not that clear cut, and that versus was incidentally cut out. So apologists need not apply.

WILLIE DIXON, one of the all-time great Bluesman (played alongside Muddy Waters, Howlin’ Wolf, etc.), went even further…Mr. Dixon refused to be inducted into the U.S. military during WWII:
    ———
Dixon’s progress on the upright bass came to an abrupt halt with the advent of World War II, when he refused induction into military service as a conscientious objector and was imprisoned for ten months.[2]

He refused to go to war because he would not fight for a nation in
which institutionalized racism and racist laws were prevalent.[9]

I will add here of my own experience before allowing myself to be drafted into Nam, 1968. After graduating from college,1967 I in early 1968, wrote a note to my local draft board saying I was off to Canada and not going to be drafted into the Army. That I did. Registering as a landed immigrant…which found out, could not get a job for 3 months…and had to have other edits of existence in Canada which I did in order to qualify to remain in Canada….I was 23 y of age. Left with 500 dollars a car and was on my own. No one was supporting me back home…It was unpopular to do what I had done….well to shorten this up, ran out of money and began to wonder …if I remained, would I ever be allowed to even visit….so returned and allowed myself to be drafted….you know where the army put me, even after all that? Into the Military Police. I about fell over….I had no choice of duty….just Do It. Was then put through Army Police school, Ft Gordon Georgia…and spent the entire time as a military police officer…some of that in Pusan south Korea..and was fortunate in Nam not to be shot up…..
So I can absolutely say, Willie Dixon had A very strong constitution…I am on his side all the way. Nam was an absolute horror. the recent pbs showing of Ken Burns Viet Nam, is a presentation of US Gov propaganda….At least the man could have done is be honest…HE was not…The Tonkin Gulf incident was a false flag….it is not presented as such in the film….I have since relegated Ken Burns to the wood pile….as where he belongs…..
War is a racket every time….tis all about money
I wish there was a way to arrest the bankers…..put the whole thing on display for the whole world to see…..but can not imagine how such can be done….
I am US56639487….a number for me to impossibly forget…..It never leaves you.

Very interesting life experience–definitely took some balls to attempt to resist the almighty WAR, INC (USA)…Thanks for sharing.

I almost wish they’d bring back the draft–at least then there would be Americans paying close attention to what is actually happening in Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, Yemen, Somalia, North Korea, Pakistan, etc.

Very alarming that school districts are beginning to withhold high school diplomas from students until they officially declare their life outlook (they must either be accepted by a college or declare they will enlist with WAR, INC). Chicago is set to begin this program in the next year or two.

Fully agreed on Ken Burns–I won’t even watch PBS documentaries anymore (or “news” from CBS, NBC, ABC, CNN, Fox, NYT, WaPo, etc). Pretty sure Ken Burns documentaries are designed to SELL America to the world–the more music a documentary contains, the more suspicious I become.

your mention of school districts withholding H S diplomas is troubling …. is that even legal? Rather than teaching hs students the truth of the US and it’s war’s schools are now doing that? Damn…..if that becomes standard practice, what’s this world coming to anyway? Never heard of such here, in Montana, where I live. Also I doubt the population here would have anything to do with such. And me and TV. I don’t even have a working set in the house. It quit some, i’d guess, two years back and haven’t replaced it. Don’t miss it either…a friend who did watch the beginnings of Burns recent Nam film, told me of what she saw. I doubt many Americans realize the truth of the Gulf of Tonkin incident…being a put up job….as it was. Smedley Butler’s book, War Is a Racket….should be required reading in every high school…here is a man, the highest decorated US Marine in history…who dedicated his life to peace after he quit the service. He was the highest ranking the marines had at the time when he quit…..and he wrote the book he did and taught his point of view until he died…..Bravo to him even today, so long after his death….

Chicago has fully corporatized our children’s education by closing hundreds of schools and turning towards the charter school model, which includes an increase in military academy-style schools as well. No unions allowed at the new charter schools; nor do charter schools accept children with learning disabilities (autism, etc.). Much of this is discussed in the Chris Hedges interview…

            https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2BWVInIJ86A&t=1434s

The media won’t dare say what I highly suspect–that the new requirements for Chicago HS graduates are being put in place to drive many of the kids to choose the easiest option: join the US military. The following linked article states that Chicago schools have cut back on school counselors–but I’m sure the recruiters from WAR, INC. will have no shortage of staff to help the kids get their HS diplomas.

thank you for this information. I likely would have never known of what’s happening to the youth there in Chicago if you had not told me. If that idea ever hits my city, I’ll be the first into the school board meetings to give all the rip roar of just what war is, to both sides doing the fighting and that there is a better way to live in this life……rather than…’ this man’s army’s way’ This news is very sad, indeed. Do you live in Chicago? Have you spoken out even if you have no military background? Public schools directed by the feds aren’t the greatest but damn sure above the chartered school model….My of MY !

” We need to arrest the Bankers and seize their assets before they destroy the World. We can use the money they stole from us to liquidate all the unpayable debts they created through fraud. The alternative is that we let the Bankers starve a few billion people to death and issue a cashless digital currency that would give them the divine right of Kings to rule over us. The fundamental fact of your existence as a modern man or women is that the Bankers of New York and London want to reduce you to debt slavery. Accept that fact and move on to the solution. That is their plan for you. What is your plan for them?

    • sometime

You are absolutely correct., And with just a few sentences. Can’t imagine how the arrests might come about, though. There are enough irate, angry, and justifiable citizens to do the arrests. Even if the organization of the citizens is super, as soon as the arrests begin, the police will shoot all dead in their tracks, no questions asked….So back to square one….just how to stop the Bankers….

      • Carl_Herman

Until we have critical mass with military and the general public, we lack the literal strength to do anything toward arrests; I agree.

        • sometime

Sadly yes. Leaving our country on it’s spiral down…to disintegrate into …just how deep of a hole, no one knows….Am 72 y of age…the entire time, our home has gone into the toilet….Banksters…is why…beginning with the Fed allowed to steal from citizens…all they can steal….God sakes. elected officials from home, do nothing….they ought to be in Jail also. they know better but line their pockets with tax dollars….and our grand kids and great grand kids? hell the school system won’t teach them, they have been had…..50-100 yrs from now, most unlikely the USA will be unrecognizable in any form close to what it even is today….there is a part of me that says, perhaps I should make a mark…..against all this
