BBC Journalist Admits MSM ‘Journalist’ Bilal Abdul Kareem ‘Works With al-Qaeda’

Ever since the beginning of the crisis in Syria, the Western corporate media has cited various “activists” inside the country which conveniently all reported back towing the desired propaganda of the State Department. But the word “activists” could always simply be translated to mean “terrorists” since the “activists” were actually gun-toting fighters funded, organized, and directed by the West, NATO, GCC, and Israel.

Today, the same deceptive propaganda continues from mainstream outlets with the addition of the new “journalists” being cited but who are yet again just another name for terrorists and terrorist supporters. One such “journalist” repeatedly cited by CNN and many other corporate outlets in the West is Bilal Abdul Kareem, an American born terrorist sympathizer who has been touted as a reliable source on the ground for Western propaganda outlets.

For an in-depth look at Kareem, I would recommend reading Ben Norton’s excellent article for Alternet, entitled, “Bilal Abdul Kareem, Prominent U.S. ‘Journalist’ In Syria, Serves As Mouthpiece For Violent Extremists.

As Norton points out, Kareem himself is an extremist, having promoting “preachers” who have openly fanned sectarianism by denouncing Shia Muslims and calling for the destruction of Alawites. He has openly opposed even the appearance of democracy in Syria, laughably claiming that the Syrian people are more familiar with Sharia rule than rational governance. Kareem has also been supportive of mass murderer and terrorist Abdallah al-Muhaysini as well as Anwar al-Awlaki, a CIA asset so tied in with the U.S. intelligence agency, researcher Webster Tarpley referred to him as “Awlaki, the CIA lackey.”

The Western media, including State Department Spokesman John Kirby, have either intentionally avoiding addressing Kareem’s jihadist nature while many outlets have outright denied it. However, in a recent Facebook argument, BBC journalist James Longman recently undercut all of his propagandist friends.

In an attempt to defend himself against claims that he quoted Kareem as well as the obviously fake twitter profile of Bana al-Abed, an alleged seven year old girl in Aleppo who knows as much about history, geopolitics, and current affairs than many American professors, Longman responded, “Dana McKay, when have I quoted Bilal? He works with AQ [al-Qaeda]. I have never used that girls’ information in my reports. You’re believing people who are solely reporting what Damascus wants them to say.”

We can only wonder whether or not Longman’s propaganda compatriots will be happy with his public statement of admission that not only does Bilal work with al-Qaeda but that Western journalists are well aware of it. At the very least, the BBC is aware of it. Yet the mainstream press continues to cite Kareem as a reliable source. While we are not surprised in the least that the corporate media continues to cite terrorists or even that its reporters would openly admit as much in the course of an online argument, we would love to be a fly on the wall for the damage control meetings that will ensue as a result of his statements.

As did Bush and Cheney, who founded al Qaeda, as do Hillary and Obama, who fund and supply them, along with their new name of ISIS – or whatever name is being used to confuse the issue and hide the funding and supplying.

    So what’s you point, Brandon?
