The Trump – Epstein Rape Lawsuit

Donald Trump’s post election experience may be as bad or worse than the nightmare he hopes to visit on Hillary Clinton, perhaps worse.

Jane Doe (proceeding under a pseudonym) filed a civil lawsuit against Donald Trump and convicted sex offender, Jeremy Epstein, for multiple acts of sexual and physical abuse, which occurred when the defendant was 13 years old. Specifically, the the plaintiff charged the defendants with:

“Rape, sexual misconduct, criminal sexual acts, sexual abuse, forcible touching, assault, battery, intentional, and reckless inflection of emotional distress, duress, false imprisonment, and defamation.” Jane Doe v. Donald J. Trump and Jeffrey E. Epstein.

Judge Ronnie Abrams scheduled a December 16, 2016 pretrial conference to set a timeline for the case in the U.S District Court, Southern District in Manhattan.

The complaint argues for the use of Jane Doe rather than the plaintiff’s actual name: “This litigation involves matters that are highly sensitive and of a personal nature, and identification of Plaintiff would pose a risk of retaliatory physical harm to her and to others.”

The heart of Jane Doe’s complaint is summarized below:

“Plaintiff was enticed by promises of money and a modeling career to attend a series of parties, with other similarly situated minor females, held at a New York City residence that was being used by Defendant Jeffrey Epstein. …

“Defendant Trump initiated sexual contact with Plaintiff at four different parties. On the fourth and final sexual encounter with Defendant Trump, Defendant Trump tied Plaintiff to a bed, exposed himself to Plaintiff, and then proceeded to forcibly rape Plaintiff. During the course of this savage sexual attack, Plaintiff loudly pleaded with Defendant Trump to stop but with no effect. Defendant Trump responded to Plaintiff’s pleas by violently striking Plaintiff in the face with his open hand and screaming that he would do whatever he wanted. Exhs. A and B.”  Jane Doe v. Donald J. Trump and Jeffrey E. Epstein.

The complaint against Epstein describes behavior similar to that of Trump.

Epstein – a convicted sex offender

Palm Beach, Florida investigators produced a probable cause affidavit in 2006 that documented Jeffrey Epstein’s “unlawful sexual activity with” 4 minors and “lewd and lascivious molestation.” The crimes took place at Epstein’s Palm Beach mansion where he entertained lavishly.

Epstein hired Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershhowitz and former special prosecutor Kenneth Starr as his defense team. Even though FBI and other investigations accumulated a victim list of 40 underage girls in Florida, the case was settled in 2008 when Epstein pleaded guilty to one count of soliciting prostitution from underage girls. He was sentenced to 18 months, served 13, and had to register as a risk level 3-sex offender in New York (the highest level).

Trump – brags about close friendship with Epstein

Before Epstein’s legal problems, Trump did a 2002 interview in New York Magazine in which he described a long-term relationship with Epstein.

“I’ve known Jeff for fifteen years. Terrific guy. He’s a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side. No doubt about it — Jeffrey enjoys his social life.” New York Magazine

Trump had Epstein at a guest at his Florida mansion and Epstein had Trump as a guest as his estates in Florida and New York.

Will the case go forward if Trump wins the election?

If the case is not dismissed, the scheduling conference on the December 16 will outline various tasks and dates over the first few months of 2017, including the dates for the inauguration of the 45th President of the United States. If that happens to be Donald Trump, there is nothing to prevent the trial from going forward. The Supreme Court decision in the Bill Clinton – Paula Jones case established the right of citizens to sue presidents in civil court for acts committed prior to taking office.

If the case moves forward, the evidence in the exhibits and subsequent information, the quality of representation at trial, and the judge and jury are the central factors that will determine if a sitting president or losing presidential candidate will do some serious time for the heinous crimes alleged. Unlike the original Epstein case, the visibility for this matter is so high, backroom deals for the rich and famous will be virtually impossible.

Politico  Woman suing Trump over alleged teen rape drops suit, again  By Josh Gerstein  11/04/16 07:03 PM EDT  Updated 11/04/16 10:04 PM ED

A woman who accused Donald Trump of raping her two decades ago when she was a 13-year-old aspiring teen model has again dropped a federal lawsuit over the alleged assaults.

The accuser, identified in the lawsuit by the pseudonym “Jane Doe,” was expected to appear at a news conference in Los Angeles Wednesday, but that appearance was abruptly canceled.

Bloom did not immediately respond to requests for comment Friday.

Through his attorney, Trump had flatly denied the woman’s allegations.

How could this make it worse for him than Hillary? She and her rapist husband are implicated in the same. Pretty much equal IMO. And then add in all her other crimes, much worse on her part.

    • I’m just reporting on the complaint, which I think is a major commentary on what is going on in our society. There’s so much out there that damns both parties, who it helps isn’t really the issue. It’s what does this say – we’ve got two candidates with huge and disqualifying flaws. How can that happen? The system is beyond broke, it’s become malevolent.

  • Death penalty for Hillary

I’m calling this out as (most likely) a fraud. Trump is waaaaaaay ahead in the REAL polls against Hillary. This is just one way those criminals can attack him, and is a last desperate attempt to turn people against him. Even in the event that this accusation and this “Jane Doe” is real (the anonymity part is highly suspicious) the timing of it all is just too perfect. IMO the Clintons must be behind it, somewhere.

    • Trump is an avowed serial sexual assault aficionado. We have that from direct testimony on audio tape. He and Epstein are good buddies, as Trump admits. Epstein abused multiple underage girls. All of that is fact. The only problem you can have is the timing issue. The issue of timing pertains to the campaign, not the charges and the fact that this is clearly a prima facie case. The plaintiff stuggledl to get an attorney who could withstand the Trump onslaught. That’s the relevant timing.

Just look at the facts and not the extras. It’s a legitimate case with facts – plainly viewed – to back it up.

These junk civil lawsuits are being filed by a scummy talk show TV producer. Others have already been thrown out.

Michael Collins posting this silly tripe while the Clinton Crime Family is under FIVE different criminal (not civil) investigations demonstrates how desperate Marxists like him actually are.

    • You’re looking t the “People Magazine” factors, i.e. The Guardian gossip article. Trump is an admitted serial sexual assaulter. He’s pals with a registered sex offender convicted of soliciting underage girls for prostitution. There’s merit to looking at the complaint and following it. The tripe is paying attention to the nonsense gossip on both sides. To defend either candidate as qualified oin any level, including obeying the law, is absurd,

  • What a load of made up bullshit. Jane Doe? Really?

    • Her name is out there. She’s been harassed so much that for the broder filing, she used Jane Doe. It’s not uncommon and the complaint outlines the legal justification. I support neither candidate. The truth about both is relevant and there’s enough smoke here to justify getting real about this candidate’s election and what that means.

      • I call bullshit on a civil suit over an episode which occured over a decade ago. Especially a fantasy rape scenario. Complete nonsense.

        • You know nothing about sexual crimes. The woman was 13 at the time. When she reached her majority, she was unable to find an attorney for good reason. In addition to admitted serial sexual assault and bankruptcies, Trump makes those who challenge him pay a steep price legally. Attorneys simply wouldn’t take the case. Those are facts and it is not bullshit and quite understandable.

1994? Give me a break. This lawsuit sounds like a load of bullshit to me. I don’t see any criminal charges or police reports mentioned, so this is nothing but a money grab and an attempt to attack Trump.

    • Criminal charges were obviated by the deal Dershowitz and Ken Starr got for Epstein when he agreed to a guilty plea in the Florida case in 2008. The civil suit stands on its own. In addition, there’s a very good explanation to why this wasn’t filed as a criminal case in NY. The NY DA’s office showed obvious prejudice in recognizing the serious nature of Epstein’s crime.

“In siding with Epstein’s request for the lowest status — Level 1 — the
New York prosecutor “mistakenly” disregarded crimes with other minor
victims that Epstein was not charged with and considered only the one
count he was charged with, the ruling says.

“The strong evidence that the offense against the other victims did occur outweighs any
inferences to be drawn from the manner in which this case was prosecuted
in Florida,” the ruling states. “The reasons for the actions taken by
the Florida authorities remain unclear on this record.”

“Epstein has settled more than two dozen lawsuits and claims against him by
teen-agers who say they were lured to his Palm Beach mansion to give him
sexually charged massages and/or sex in exchange for money. The terms
of all settlements are confidential.” Palm Beach Daily News, 11/22/2011

  • Actually, she moved dismiss weeks ago, maybe even in September, almost right after commencing the suit.

    So sure, Trump’s completely innocent.
