Professional football quarterback Colin Kaepernick is expressing in physical action what many Americans are catching-up to recognize:
We don’t stand for what the US is doing.
What Americans stand for in the US national anthem is a theme of defending freedom from attack by the same empire who attempted to disarm Americans in 1775, then arrest and execute our Founders, and keep Americans as servile work animals to the world’s most powerful empire. We stand for ideals of being a land of the free and home of the brave.
But the US national anthem’s third verse to damn enslaved humans from even hoping for freedom is psychopathically opposed to US values. Francis Scott Key’s verse from 1814 (historical context):
No refuge could save the hireling and slave
From the terror of flight or the gloom of the grave,
And the star-spangled banner in triumph doth wave
O’er the land of the free and the home of the brave.
The promised US response of terror and death to those who oppose their enslavement is poetic disclosure and poignant choice to Americans:
Do you stand for the illegal rogue state empire the US has become?
And by rogue state empire, I mean that as the best academic description of easily documented ongoing US lie-started and unlawful Wars of Aggression, looting trillions, and constant lying by “leadership” and corporate media.
But wait, it gets worse.
With documentation here, the US attempted subliminal programming upon Americans during the Star Spangled Banner at the end of every television program’s daily schedule, with these embedded messages:
TRUST THE US GOVERNMENT
GOD IS REAL GOD IS WATCHING
BELIEVE IN GOVERNMENT GOD
REBELLION WILL NOT BE TOLERATED
OBEY CONSUME OBEY CONSUME
(These messages are repeated until the finale at the end.)
BUY MKULTRA BUY MKNAOMI
WORSHIP CONSUME OBEY BELIEVE
DO NOT QUESTION GOVERNMENT

For more on public education being designed to produce the above video result, this is my best effort to document.
America is engaged in the endgame of an Emperor’s New Clothes allegory, that when revealed will end illusion in a relative moment.
