2 videos of 5 minutes: Hillary hacked e-mails meant to be ‘missing’/deleted show criminal links of Clinton Foundation to State Department favors, former DNC Chair admits ‘preparing Hillary as nominee’ = admission of election fraud

Ben Swann’s sharp 3-minute Reality Check:

Hillary Clinton “served” as US Secretary of State from January 2009 to February 2013. Documentation in this article:

$2 billion Clinton Foundation: 10% for aid, ~50% looted by Bill & Hillary. ‘Missing/deleted’ e-mails will prove Hillary sold US State Dept ‘favors’ for Clinton Foundation ‘donations.’ Short video summaries, 64-minute full documentary

Facebook’s Adryenn Ashley and Griefage’s 2-minutes on Debbie Wasserman Schultz’ television admission in her tenure as Democratic National Committee (DNC) Chair from 2011 until the end of July 2016:

“The work we did to prepare for Hillary Clinton to be our nominee, and then make sure that we can get her elected President is absolutely critical to advancing the issues that are important.”

Obviously, this is admission of election fraud. Documentation:

Three essential US stands: It’s NOT ‘president’ upon ‘election’ after ‘independent debate,’ but ‘rogue state dictator’ upon ‘election fraud’ after ‘bullshit propaganda.’ Don’t vote for evil; demand arrests of evil

1-minute video: Obama smirks, plays stupid, denies election fraud; won’t/can’t address President of American Statistical Association’s report documenting Democratic Primary election fraud. Had enough to demand arrests, or prefer dictatorship?

Solutions

Complete essay here; excerpt:

I’ve argued that Bernie-supporters, Greens and Libertarians will remain as doormats to the Left and Right arms of the one US dictatorial rogue state until they defend victimized Americans, all humanity, and themselves by stating the Emperor’s New Clothes obvious:

.01% Republican and Democratic “leaderships” are psychopathic criminals engaged in OBVIOUS crimes centered in lie-started illegal Wars of Aggressionlooting by the trillions (including Dept. of “Defense”), and constant lying. Importantly, this includes election fraud by both parties and criminally-complicity corporate media that will never ever ever ever allow 3rd party power until those .01%ers are arrested and removed from power.

In addition, I recommend those “never Hillary” (including for a rogue State Department and looting Clinton Foundation) and “never Trump” should cooperate to state the important election facts:

I am among hundreds in alternative media, academia, and various professions able to easily explain, document, and prove that Rep and Dem “leaderships” are dictatorial rogue state criminals. In this rogue state, the US does not have:

  • president
  • chosen by election
  • after independent debates.

What the US has is:

  • rogue state dictator
  • chosen by election fraud
  • after bullshit propaganda.

Until this breakthrough occurs, 3rd parties (and humanity) are powerless to oppose criminally-complicit corporate media, election fraud, and assassinations (such as Martin King) if they ever challenge the Left and Right arms of the one rogue US political body.

    Herman says:
“…Don’t vote for evil; demand arrests of evil…Had enough to demand arrests, or prefer dictatorship?…”

Whining won’t do any good…the arresting bullshit is becoming so boring, proving beyond reasonable doubt that Carl Herman is just the typical controlled opposition buffoon who feels enfierced behind a computer monitor…watch his face when Federal agents pay a visit to his house and start questioning this fake patriot about his subversive writings (for sure he will pee his pants and beg for mercy).

    • Carl_Herman

Please explain how those Oath-sworn and tax-paid to uphold the law should not enact arrests for obvious crimes centered in war, looting, and lying.

Let’s just start there, although you’re so good at baiting, I’m tempted to take more than one topic at a time 🙂

      • Zach Levi

Either Carl Herman is indeed a great example of what controlled opposition is all about OR he is an egregious idiot who doesn’t realize that his writings are subversive, meaning he can easily be subject to indefinite detention on a government facility: Herman seems not to understand the US legal system in regards to subversion and insurrection during times of war, and the United States of America is currently in a State of War (Public Law 107-40, Authorization for Use of Military Force).

Thus, Herman’s actions can be considered a threat to National Security. Moreover, he simply avoids discussing the subversive nature of his writings viewed from a legal perspective…back to school Sir, and please have the decency of learning the basics of Constitutional Law, read Title 50 of the US Code (WAR AND NATIONAL DEFENSE), Executive Order 9066, Korematsu v. United States (323 U.S. 214), State of Exception doctrine, if you consider continue teaching American Government…perhaps that’s why most American college students are so ignorant about their own legal system and teachers like Carl Herman help to perpetuate that idiocy.

For the reasons exposed above, it is valid to assert that Mr. Herman is simply a controlled opposition buffoon hired by the owner(s) of this blog to simply increase web traffic and generate income with his ludicrous posts (articles which most likely are subject to government’s censorship).

        • Carl_Herman

          Let’s start here, Mr. Levi:

          1) Please quote what you find “subversive” in this article that is a “threat to national security.”
          2) Please define “subversive” as a legal term quoting the law (AUMF is for those who carried out 9/11, Mr. Levi).
          3) Please quote what section of Title 50 you reference, and explain the connection quoting my writing.
          4) Please quote the Constitutional Law you reference, and explain the connection quoting my writing.
          5) Executive Order 9066 was the basis to illegally intern Japanese-Americans in WW2, Korematsu the court opinion at the time. Please explain your advocacy of this.
          6) “State of Exception” is usually connected to promoting dictatorship (as in Nazi Germany). Please explain your advocacy of this.

Thank you for helping the interested readers discern your purpose by including what I count as seven ad hominem attacks, Mr. Levi. Oh, and two more:

          7) Please define bullshit as lies of omission and commission to divert the public from comprehensive factual understanding. Consider: http://www.washingtonsblog.com/2016/06/us-public-education-bullshit-train-stupefied-work-animals-introduction-defining-bullshit-demanding-comprehensive-objective-independently-verifiable-factual-accuracy-ever.html
          8) Please define “controlled opposition” and explain how my writing matches that definition.

You’ve made a lot of claims, Mr. Levi, and have a significant burden of proof to substantiate them.

        • Zap

          Over heated Hillary supporter?

          : )

  • Jay Kurtz

Bernie supporters should vote Trump. Really. Here’s why:

If Hillary gets into office, Bernie and his movement will be finished, period. They will not be given a seat at the table to anything, and will be thoroughly discredited. A vote for Hillary, Stein, or Johnson is a vote for the destruction of all that Bernie and his movement have accomplished.

Think about what will happen in the Democratic Party if Trump wins – Hillary and all her accessories will be thoroughly discredited, and the fraud of the primary can be prosecuted with full vigor. Bernie will have the leverage to pull the party in his direction, and could hand-pick the nominee for 2020 – facing a President that will be ripe for defeat after 4 years of turmoil.

If you are a Bernie supporter like me, you must realize that this is the only path.

    • Carl_Herman

      Hi Jay,
Thank you for your thinking on this vital topic.

I hear an argument to vote for the lesser of two evils in hope that it will do something better in the future. Where do you stand on citizen demand to assert leaderships of both parties are criminal in war, looting, and lying and should be arrested?

This excludes Trump as a candidate as one of the criminals, as he hasn’t ordered, funded, and/or advocated lie-started and illegal Wars of Aggression, ignored the looting, or perhaps participated in the lying required for these crimes.

      • Jay Kurtz

Please read my post again, friend. I’m just laying out the reality. I am a Bernie supporter. Trump winning is the most expedient path toward Bernie’s movement getting traction. Yes, I’m going to hold my nose when I pull the lever. Don’t agree? Then show me a more realistic path.

        • Carl_Herman

I want to explore the most realistic path you conclude is best. To do so, I should ask: Where do you stand on citizen demand to assert leaderships of both parties are criminal in war, looting, and lying and should be arrested?

This includes election fraud that robbed Bernie by the DNC “leadership” and Hillary, along with likely blackmail/threats to Bernie including as I document in this article what happened to Martin King when he became too big of a threat: assassination.

Are you motivated enough to demand arrests?

          • Jay Kurtz

“Citizen demand to assert leaderships of both parties are criminal”. No doubt there is some element of truth to it. But the best path to pursue this is to get Bernie’s movement into the White House. And I’ve laid out what I think is the best path.

If you are advocating pitchforks and guillotines before November, then I don’t support you. There is a right way and a wrong way to bring about change.

          • Carl_Herman

Take your best path, for sure.

Help me understand this common reaction: in the face of what I hope you’ve confirmed is election fraud on Bernie, along with ongoing lie-started Wars of Aggression, AND with language as clear as I can make it that Oath-sworn and tax-paid US military and law enforcement should do the job they exist to do: uphold the law with arrests in the face of obvious crimes.

I never ever ever ever state anything remotely like “pitchforks and guillotines” but people seem to react as if I do. I’m asking people to understand the law as clearly as stop sign law for driving, strike-zone law for baseball, and then ask for enforcement.

          • Jay Kurtz

We understand the law. We understand that the current psychopath in office only upholds the law to suit his purposes. We understand the corruption.

If I could arrest them all I would. But I can’t. And neither can you. So good luck tilting at windmills.

I’ve laid out a well-reasoned solution that is within the realm of possibility. You have not. And so I must conclude that the following, written by another in these comments, is credible to a high level of certainty, and therefore I will exit from any further pointless discussion with you:

“For the reasons exposed above, it is valid to assert that Mr. Herman is simply a controlled opposition buffoon hired by the owner(s) of this blog to simply increase web traffic and generate income with his ludicrous posts (articles which most likely are subject to government’s censorship).”

          • Carl_Herman

Wow. Good luck then. I’ve never suggested you or I enact arrests, only those with that job to do the job we pay them for, and they have Oaths to do. This certainly is NOT “tilting at windmills”, but expecting these people to not do the job of law enforcement for the most important laws is Orwellian.

            If you wish:
            1) Do you know what “controlled opposition” is? I doubt you can connect that meaning to my work, but if you see a rational argument, I’m curious to hear it.

            2) How is someone the most clear to explain, document, and prove lie-started and illegal Wars of Aggression with peer-review papers somehow a “buffoon” and with “ludicrous posts” for this crucial point to end the psychopathic corruption?

            3) Why would controlled opposition be used to increase web traffic when it points to .01% crimes and the election fraud that likely burns you the most?

            4) How is the clarity of this work to document and prove .01% crimes “government censorship” when such censorship should obfuscate the law and facts?

            5) Just on this one issue: please document an essay more clear and comprehensive to document lie-started and illegal Wars of Aggression than my work.

Do what you want, Jay, but from me to you: you reject work you should partner with and use to help the issues Bernie pointed to.

          • TruthTime

A vote for Republican or Democrat will not bring reform in any shape or form, not under Trump and not under Hih-lie-a-ree. There will be no traction for Bernie supporters in either party – Bernie himself stated in the 90s a counter revolutionary party will only stand a chance in hell in this corrupted Oligarchy by breaking away from them.

What do you not understand about that Jay? Voting for Criminal parties is simply the equivalent of you, the voter, enabling their crimes. Their promises of reform are bold-faced lies. How many times are voters such as yourself going to keep falling for this Dog and Pony bullshit every 4 years? Will it be when the U.S. finally collapses and becomes batshit Totalitarian?

Wake the fuck up dude, seriously.

          • Kansas_Voter

“There will be no traction for Bernie supporters in either party”

That’s true, and it’s why Bernie supporters should vote for Trump. If Hillary somehow gets elected then she and the democratic party will keep moving to the right and Liberals will be attacked for any criticism of her, so it’ll be four to eight years of the democratic party acting like they’re republicans. But if Trump is elected there can be a struggle within the democratic party to determine whether it will be a Liberal party or a conservative party, and the Liberal side would probably outlast the conservative side and there’d be a Liberal democratic Presidential candidate in 2020. With Hillary, Liberals lose in both the short and long term, but with Trump we would only lose in the short term.

          • Carl_Herman

Kansas: where do you stand to demand arrests of Hillary and the other .01% “leaders” of the crimes centered in war, looting, and lying?

          • Jay Kurtz

One more chance, Carl – exactly what is your plan?

          • Carl_Herman

I can only offer what I suggest for your consideration, not a “plan” I have no authority to manage. That said, here’s what I see:

            1. Being educated on any of the key issues (literally ~100 of them) causes one to become a rebel because the facts are sooooo far from what we’re told. This also proves the conclusion of .01% crimes.

            2. Speak-up however you see best with confidence and clarity of the facts. Again, when educated, we are in an “Emperor’s New Clothes” condition of all the facts being on our side.

            3. One aspect I recommend we include in our educated voices is the demand for arrests because the crimes are obvious, the damages unbearable, and it’s a lawful act for those Oath-sworn and tax-paid to figure out a way to do their jobs in our rogue state environment.

We can learn lessons from other nations and other times where rogue governments were ended. All have public knowledge and demand for justice as key components.

From a background of having a plan to end poverty that led to two UN summits for heads of state (about as much planning as is possible on this planet), I don’t have any plan other than educating people on our most important issues, and asking people to act as they see best from our rogue state condition.

I do encourage military and law enforcement to honor their Oaths to not participate in forwarding and protecting these psychopathic criminals.

          • Jay Kurtz

Ok, fair enough. But don’t be surprised when others characterize that plan as tilting at windmills. And if you are going to criticize my plan, then at least be honest in your characterization of my position, instead of arguing against a straw man version. And finally I will suggest that not having “authority to manage” is merely an excuse.

          • Carl_Herman

Make your best call, Jay. That’s all we can do. With virtue, we’ll all learn more and see more to experience and express.

Step by step forward (as best we can determine that direction),
            Carl

          • Jay Kurtz

No – reread my post again. If the almighty Jay could decide the election all by his lonesome, I assure you he would not vote Trump. Unfortunately, it will be Hillary or Bernie. I’ve made a reasonable argument that the shortest path to get where we want to go is to hold my nose and vote Trump, and hope he wins. My reasoning is that this will be the most probable and expedient path to get where we need to be – Bernie’s movement controlling the White House. I make no guarantee that it will play out that way. But I think any reasonable person will agree that Bernie’s movement will permanently end with Hillary in the White House.

Your criticism failed to address my argument. Instead, you knocked-down a straw man argument using vulgar language.

          • TruthTime

Strawman my ass. I’m mad as hell and won’t take it anymore. This country is done, but it will be fun to watch from a History Perspective, will it not? How many have wondered what’s its actual like to see an Empire fail like it deserves rather than reading about it.

Should be good times man, good times!

My point still stands. Bernie’s movement is dead if a Republican or Democrat is elected, because those parties themselves are malformed, corrupt, and past their expiration date. It’s that simple. America is at the crossroads, the movements such as Bernie’s can unite under established third parties or go quietly into the night.

          • Jay Kurtz

Yes, you will enjoy watching the country fall. Millions have sacrificed, millions have died for your freedom, and you are going to enjoy watching it all be pissed awa by psychopaths. EFFFF UUUUU MOOOO FOOOOO.

    • Kansas_Voter

I think that I agree with you. I’d love to vote my conscience and vote for Jill Stein, but that won’t really do any good. However, a vote for Trump is a direct vote against Hillary and the DLC-style democratic party, and I’m beginning to believe that voting against them is more important than voting my conscience. This has been an odd election season, but I am very thankful that it’s opened my eyes to what the democratic party is and who some of their voters are.

      • Carl_Herman

If you haven’t opened your eyes to Republican “leadership” for the past 30 years, you have more to see about lie-started illegal Wars of Aggression, looting, and lying.

You might want to explore the links in this paragraph of the essay:

.01% Republican and Democratic “leaderships” are psychopathic criminals engaged in OBVIOUS crimes centered in lie-started illegal Wars of Aggression, looting by the trillions (including Dept. of “Defense”), and constant lying. Importantly, this includes election fraud by both parties and criminally-complicity corporate media that will never ever ever ever allow 3rd party power until those .01%ers are arrested and removed from power.

Jay, with all respect: anyone serious in academics and law works this way. If we make a factual claim, we provide the evidence for it.

If I left the links out, then that paragraph would be unsubstantiated with major factual claims that most Americans do not know.
