1-minute video: US military, State Dept ‘leadership’ lie about Russia invading NATO, laugh at media asking for evidence. What US agency will have the honor to arrest these .01% War Criminals?

hat tips: Live Leak, What Really Happened

“First they ignore you. Then they laugh at you. Then they fight you. And then you win.”  – unsourced, and attributed to Gandhi

Among dozens of us in alternative media, I’ve documented retired US Admiral John Kirby, former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense and current US State Department Spokesperson, as blatantly lying in accusation of Russia committing War Crimes. His official and Oath-sworn responsibility is to accurately communicate US foreign policy in on the record media communications; with his Oath to support and defend the US Constitution.

The primary support of the US Constitution for the State Department, of course, is to not engage in the numerous unlawful and lie-started armed attacks around the world. A close second is to not engage in Crimes Against Humanity for ongoing intentional policy of poverty that’s killed over 400 million human beings just since 1995 (~75% children; more deaths than from all wars in Earth’s recorded history).

So for Admiral Kirby to continue supporting Wars of Aggression and Crimes Against Humanity in official duties, and ongoingly lie for more war-mongering against  Russia OBVIOUSLY calls for his legal arrest. An arrest lawfully stops a crime in commission. We do this to stop public harm now, and avoid further harm from more criminal acts.

In the above video, Russia Today’s Gayane Chichakyan questions Kirby about Pentagon confirmation that Russian invaded Turkey and NATO’s airspace. Kirby’s response includes:

  • Denying it’s US responsibility to provide proof.
  • Chuckling in derision of the question.
  • Claiming the question for evidence is “comical.”
  • The Orwellian twist that when the US claims Russia did something, it’s somehow not the “US responsibility to provide proof of what Russia’s doing.”
  • Confirming reports that “another” Russian aircraft invaded Turkey/NATO airspace for multiple invasions.
  • Claiming Russia disrespects Turkey/NATO boundaries.
  • Accusing Russia of risking further instability and military escalation.

Kirby: “It’s not our responsibility to provide proof to the Russians for something they did wrong… For our part, there’s no doubt they entered Turkish and therefore NATO airspace. No doubt at all.”

Q: “Is that alright to make an accusation and not provide evidence?”

Kirby: “It’s not an accusation; it’s a fact. It’s a simple fact.” (immediately turns away, pointing his finger to address another question)

Q: “Based on what? Can you provide pictures of that, anything?”

Kirby: “I’ve answered your question.”

My personal analysis as a person with an Oath to the US Constitution: this ongoing dishonorable lying and war-mongering criminal must be arrested, or the US will suffer under ongoing unlawful Wars of Aggression. In our immediate future, those with authority for arrests who act will be honored. Those who fail to act and/or support the War Criminals will be dishonored.

It’s that simple, and in Emperor’s New Clothes obviousness.

When Americans are ready, they will demand answers, and will choose to recognize the United States today is the leading global criminal empire among the so-called “former” colonial powers; ridiculous in Emperor’s New Clothes obvious crimes for anyone caring to look at the facts:

These crimes annually cost millions killed, billions harmed, and trillions looted, with recent history continuing literal centuries of US lie-began Wars of Aggression that involved your families in two horrific global wars for colonial empire.

5-minutes of Kirby’s past criminal lies:

This is more unprofessionalism from the State Department. And Hillary Clinton wants to be my President? HA!

Journalists are required to verify information before they can report it as factual. To simply publish or report what the US government says as a fact without verification from more than one source is unethical and opens journalists and the media they work for up to prosecution for liable or slander. Doing so is a crime and violators are routinely punished severely by courts worldwide.

I find it interesting that the US military apparently considers it comical that a reporter would ask for facts so they can verify what they are being told. Why is it only the reporter from RT that asks for proof that can be checked? Why are all the other reporters not demanding proof so journalistic ethics can be upheld? What are they afraid of?

Carl, that example surprises even me, someone who catalogs U.S. government lies and liars. What amazes me the most about it is that such an incompetent liar is permitted to speak for the Obama Administration. After all, Obama is such a masterful liar himself. How could he allow such a person to represent his regime? My opinion of Obama’s managerial competency has taken a plunge.

Maybe it’s difficult enough to find sufficiently amoral, supremely competent liars that it can’t be done on a regular basis to fully fill the ranks at all times.

Unless they either vet or “improve their vetting of” reporters in order to ensure no one asks any real questions (other than “is there anything else we should know and relay?”), it’s a hard job to get up there after being told only bits and pieces of (true or fictional) backstory and then field random questions. I know I couldn’t do it.

Or maybe lying is getting harder.

    • Carl_Herman

Yeah, Eric, it’s tragic-comic. Maybe one reason to blame Russia is to get RT out of the press conferences.

    • Nexusfast123

The whole administration of the US is corrupt and perfidious. The Russians and Chinese are on the verge of giving up trying to work with them. The only thing they understand is force.

It’s because the USinc has no proof, its all about the military industrial complex, war for profit period….the USinc IS the worlds terrorist.

  • joe

When the Oregon Patriots were arrested why they could not give the same answer and have the same attitude? Time when all these traitors will be brought to justice is close…

  • yep

What I wouldn’t give to be able to bitch slap that ayehole right upside his empty head….

??? It’s not our job to prove it when we make accusations ??? WTF!!!! I think this idiot is bucking for Attorney General ! Maybe even the Supreme Court! He’d be perfect !

  • goingnowherefast

The US Empire is a criminal racket. I don’t need to produce no stickin’ proof. It’s a fact!

  • Nexusfast123

Even Joseph Goebbels would be confused about these clowns use of propaganda.

  • Robert Barsocchini

These are the people with their fingers on the button. That answer was so low-brow, there are just no words. Yet it passes and the regime remains worshiped by millions of US nationalists, because as William Blum just put it, the US is “a pathological society”.

The U.S. literally has the world saturated with satellite/drone coverage, especially the hot spots.
You can literally go on wikileaks and find reports referencing Turkey’s desire to BUY drones from the U.S. (instead of leasing) during the Obama administration. Or you could go on cryptome and see photos of a drone base: https://cryptome.org/2015-info/incirlik/incirlik-drone-base.htm

And let’s not forget who turned in paperwork about a year ago to be an official lobbyist for Turkey–
what was his name??? hmmm…Peter….NO….hmmm….Oh Yeah,–it was PORTER GOSS.

Now ask yourself–what exactly would Porter Goss (former head of CIA) be lobbying for on behalf of Turkey?
