1-minute video: 5-year-old Palestinian schools Israeli soldiers on War Crimes

5-year-old Janna Ayyad shames Israeli soldiers with Sami Yusuf’s poetry:

All your armies, all your fighters,

All your tanks, and all your soldiers,

Against a boy holding a stone.

Standing there all alone,

In his eyes I see the sun.

In his smile I see the moon.

And I wonder, I only wonder.

Who is weak, and who is strong?

Who is right, and who is wrong?

And I wish, I only wish,

That the truth has a tongue!

We can help with truth as 100,000 Palestinians face winter in tents and animal shelters, as Israel escalates unlawful War of Aggression on Gaza with illegal and loveless cheering from US Congress. From previous documentation:

What does it mean Israel “occupies” Gaza? Is that legal?

The UN International Court of Justice found Gaza is an unlawful military occupied territory by a hostile Israel against the will of Palestine (other historical examples of unlawful military occupations). Israel and the US reject this court’s jurisdiction.

The Israeli naval blockade is a universally-recognized act of war.

The military occupation to seal borders and navy blockade stops imports and exports, creating a type of concentration camp.

From Is Gaza still occupied and why does it matter?

Contrary to claims of humanitarian attentiveness, since 2007 Gaza has suffered a humanitarian crisis of staggering magnitude. Foodstuffs were restricted as a matter of policy, allowing in only so much (calculated in a ratio of gross calories to total population) to avoid massive malnourishment. The siege, enforced through a land-and-sea blockade and the aerial bombing of smuggling tunnels linking the Strip to the Sinai, deprived the population of access to medical supplies, building equipment, and all manner of essential goods.

The humanitarian impact of these deprivations intensified massively as a result of the wreckage and ruination of Operation Cast Lead, the full-scale military assault on Gaza in the winter of 2008-2009. By the summer of 2012, as the siege was entering its sixth year, the UN Office of Humanitarian Affairs reported that forty-four percent of Gazans are food insecure; a severe fuel and electricity shortage results in outages of up to twelve hours a day; and the economy has been so crippled that the GDP per capita is at least seventeen percent lower than in 2005 and the unemployment rate, especially for youth, is higher than ever.

UN human rights experts, the International Committee of the Red Cross, and other authoritative sources have condemned the siege as illegal. The crux of these condemnations is the fact that Gaza is still occupied.”

And according to Hamas did not reject a ceasefire, Israel did:

“It’s the siege, stupid. Talk to virtually anyone in Gaza and they will tell you the same. The siege is living death, slowly crushing the life out of Gaza. It has to end.”

Are Israel’s armed attacks and military invasions of Gaza justified, or unlawful War of Aggression?

With complete explanation and documentation from Given US/UK/Israel wars and lust for more, what do two ‘supreme Law’ treaties say about lawful and unlawful war?

The short answer is war is lawful only in self-defense from armed attack by another nation’s government, and lawful response is to arrest US/UK/Israel leaderships for unlawful Wars of Aggression.”

They are unlawful Wars of Aggression because Hamas claims it wants peaceful two-state resolution, argues against rocket attacks, and therefore by law this security concern should be applied to the treaty Israel accepts: the UN Security Council.

Despite the UN Security Council having just the one legal jurisdiction over government armed attacks to prevent the scourge of war, Israel has broken nearly 100 legally-binding UN Security Council Resolutions regarding Gaza.

A “rogue state” means a country that threatens peace, restricts human rights, sponsors terrorism, and seeks weapons of mass destruction. Including the fact that Israel has ~200 nuclear weapons, do the facts argue that not only are Israel’s armed attacks on Gaza unlawful, but their government’s actions meet the definition of a rogue state?

Israeli military armed attacks have killed over 600 Palestinians; including more than 100 children.

Unlawful War of Aggression is the worst act a nation’s government can take. Israel’s leaders, as well as those in the US and UK, should be arrested by their own militaries with broad public support for waging unlawful war on our world. In fact, military Oaths of Service require those arrests.

Does Israel use unlawful weapons on Palestinians in Gaza?

Yes. They’ve used white phosphorus upon Gaza civilians, a burning chemical agent that is an unlawful weapon (and here).

In 2006, 2009, and now in 2014, Israel is using DIME (dense inert metal explosives) that contain cancer-causing tungsten, and flechette shells on Gaza since 2002: thousands of metal darts.

White phosphorus is a banned incendiary weapon upon civilians, DIME and flechette shells are not banned, but the targeting of civilians with any weapon is unlawful.

Israel claims it does not target civilians. However, given its history of lying testimony and unlawful war, that testimony should be rejected.

Can Israel target children, hospitals, schools, and other civilian-important infrastructure?

No. Israel is violating war law by targeting childrenhospitals, Gaza’s one electrical power plant, and other civilian infrastructure (hereherehere). Norwegian doctor, Mads Gilbert, on duty in Gaza documents:

“The last night was extreme. The “ground invasion” of Gaza resulted in scores and carloads with maimed, torn apart, bleeding, shivering, dying – all sorts of injured Palestinians, all ages, all civilians, all innocent.”

The military occupation and blockade, along with bombardment, has destroyed Gaza water, electricity and food supplies. Protocol 1, Additional to the Geneva Conventions, 1977, makes such civilian infrastructure unlawful targets.

Israel again claims, such as with their armed attacks upon the USS Liberty, any such targets are only damaged by accident. You can conclude for yourself the reliability of such testimony.

Please also consider this visual media on Gaza water (and here),and olive trees destroyed by Israel.

In recent history, the US targeted and destroyed Iraq’s water treatment plants in 1991 to cause civilian epidemics and disease. This would be most dangerous to children and the elderly, with ~500,000 child deaths resulting. This policy would blame Saddam Hussein as the cause for unclean water and epidemics. Is Israel following the same strategy to cause widespread suffering to obtain political control of Gaza?

As long as Western nations remain enamored of and beholden to the ‘promised land’ mythos to justify imperialism, Israel will remain as their moral mascot.

    • mulga mumblebrain

It’s more a matter of Jewish money power buying influence or control in Western politics, MSM and business, particularly finance. ‘He who pays the piper….

      • Brockland A.T.

Realizing Israel means as much, if not more, more to Zionist Western Christians of both the secular or religious variety than most Jews; its their moral fail. That Christians can find Jews to back their psychopathy is no surprise, since no ethnic group has a lock on psychopaths among them. The Christian worship of things Jewish is the Christian’s ticket to Heaven; a superstitious investment. They don’t appreciate Jews as human beings, to be liked or censored as any other person.

Once Jews lived in fear of the pogrom; now that this is gone, the ethnic mafia suddenly has no hold over the population. Jews not beholden to Israel, are increasingly suspect of Israel, and not bought off by superficial privileges. An unknown number are caught between their own ethnic mafia and the mainstream non-Jewish mafia in genuine opposition the the antisocial NWO agenda. This creates problems, in that the cultural survival skills honed against hostile gentiles, can be used against antisocial Jews as well.

The Jewish aristocracy is little different than any other in the sense that the peons mean nothing. The peons are little different than any other; some see it as a ladder up, others, a force of oppression. If the latter, many western Jews dislike what Israel does in their name. One of the most noteable NWO opponents was Aaron Scwartz – and they as good as suicided him for non-compliance. One little academic breach and the usual protections of the ‘Chosen People’ suddenly didn’t apply. He didn’t steal a lot of money, or kill anybody – he just downloaded some academic journals. Had he done this for Israeli intelligence, well, he’d be lionized like the traitor Johnathan Pollard, and perhaps in this day and age, not even jailed.

At the end of the day, Christians can’t go to God and say, “The Jew made me do it,” any more than they can say “The Bible said so.” They freely chose to do ill against moral common sense; don’t lie, cheat, steal, bully or do murder.

Bds Israel.show your support for Palestinians peacefully and intelligently. Send a sign than transcends borders and governments and this hateful stalemate and poverty of progress.

While I appreciate the fact the author opposes the zionist occupation of jerusalem, and I’m cognent of the ashkenazi jew problem, one cannot ignore the depravity of the followers of Islam. Pick a side, and then consider why.

    • mulga mumblebrain

Garbage. What were the repeated massacres in Gaza, the routine killings, with total impunity, in the West Bank and the devastation unleashed on Lebanon but ‘indiscriminate killing’? As for a regional campaign of terror by the Israelis, you have the brutal murders, execution-style on the Mavi Marmara, hundreds of assassinations as far away as Lilliehammer in Norway and Dubai, the killing of tens of thousand in Lebanon since 1978, the destruction of Sudan, the work organising death-squads in Central America in the 1980s, and more recently in aiding India in its brutal repression in Kashmir and against the Naxalites, the savage bombing of Tunis killing scores in 1981, the framing of Libya in 1986 for a bomb in Berlin, etc, etc. Siding with Israel is siding with savage racism and xenophobia.

    • Carl_Herman

False choice to “side” with Israel, awb22. You’re a bigot to demonize “followers of Islam” when there are a billion of them, including many of my neighbors and friends.

We know for sure that the government of Israel commits War Crimes on Gaza.

      • Brockland A.T.

        Well said.

When Russia intervened against the DAESH, they were quite clear about supporting the Syrian people and a secular system of values that just happens to be drawn from Islam, not Assad himself or his authoritarian apparatus. Russia lent their support only in return for genuine reforms. Assad relinquished his chemical weapons and amended the Syrian constitution in a lawful manner, and remains in power because he happens to command the majority support of the Syrian people.

What are the Western supporters of Israel demanding in return for their support? It would appear to boil down to nothing more than reinforcing their prejudices and validating their desire to commit genocide against indigenous peoples, seizing their land and resources – not just as a normal ‘terra nova’ thing to do, but a righteous and religious, obligation – to seize the promised land by God’s command. The followers of the old Gods of War were never so presumptuous; failure meant the would-be conqueror was as fault and blessing withheld. Under the Israeli trickster, success is a blessing, failure an act of the devil imposing the moral obligation to try again. And again. And again. Forever at (self) righteous war.

Israel is not demanded to relinquish their nuclear weapons; in fact, they are given cruise missile subs. Israel is not required to to acknowledge the Palestinian Arab populace; quite the contrary, Israeli bigots are lauded for creating a ‘Jewish State’. Judaism is a hereditary cult based on matrilineal descent from Abraham; a ‘Jewish State’ on Palestinian land is not unlike the former South Africa, a Boer ‘white state’ declared on black African land.

        • awb22

Were it not for the nuclear weapons Israel would not exist. They’ve only threatened to use them in self defense. The Arabs threaten to use them in an offensive measure to destroy Israel. If you can’t see the difference therein lies your own bigotry.

What would you do in the face of an enemy that has threatened to wipe you from the face of the earth. What possible justification is there for the violence towards Israelis in their own country. What possible justification can there be for sharia law? There is no law justified except the commandments of God. If you don’t know or can’t accept that then there’s nothing that you will understand. Judaism is a dead religion and Islam is a false one. We can’t undo the establishment of Israel as a nation yet not even the establishment of a Palestinian state would bring peace to the region.

          • Carl_Herman

Dear awb22: please paraphrase the speech from Iran’s president that he “threatened to wipe Israel from the face of the Earth.” The speech section in question is only ~600 words. Here’s the speech: http://www.washingtonsblog.com/2015/03/iran-wipe-israel-map-read-600-words-confirm-usisrael-criminal-war-lies.html

          • awb22

It’s in Hamas’ charter. Don’t need to paraphrase anything.

          • Brockland A.T.

Many accurate criticisms of Israel were conveniently hijacked by anti-semetic groups. White racist organizations such as the defunct National Alliance were invaluable in tainting any otherwise legitimate criticism of Israel as anti-semitism. It worked so well, its an ongoing formula still applied even after the demise of genuine popular white supremacist groups.

The Abramic Ten Commandments are not the real Ten Commandments upon which Western civilization was based, nor are they any more God-given than any other set of human-derived precepts.

Assuming God does exist, there is no reason for an omnipotent being to speak in so many words; objective evidence suggests it was left to enlightened people to decipher and commit God-given conscience to so many recordable words, the most practical versions allowing their societies to survive, thrive and succeed against raw nature and competing human societies.

Assuming god doesn’t exist, objective evidence suggests enlightened people deciphered and committed their evolved conscience to so many recordable words, the most practical allowing their societies to survive, thrive and succeed against raw nature and competing human societies.

The Abramic Ten Commandments are adequate for pacifying external barbarians, only by promoting the internal barbarians. They freeze in place a morality that didn’t really succeed, from the darkest, bitterest days of the late Bronze Age. Israel lost independence during most of its history and survived, and sometimes thrived, as diaspora.

Few Abramic empires lasted very long as empires; apart from writing stuff down, they don’t seem to have a better rate of survival than any other cultural entity that spoils. Those that thrived for a time, to paraphrase Kaplan, “spoke Victorian, acted Pagan” capitalizing on pre-Chistian strengths to fill in the blanks.

Western nations flirt with implosion in the absence of an external threat they can expend entropic cultural energies upon. Every genuine humanitarian achievement of the West has been reduced the the catchphrase of ‘humanitarian intervention’, the mask of the psychopath, a veneer, for we collectively are humanitarians no more.

Israel has tacitly and immorally had nukes for decades now; peace is not in sight, and moving further away. If the purpose of Israeli nukes was to guarantee the survival of Israel, they are failing, because buying time is not necessarily a victory condition.

I’d like to see your sources citing the Arab or Persian nuclear threat, given that they do not and have never had nuclear weapons. The only nations that allegedly came even close, Iran and Iraq, were originally U.S. client states. Iran under the Shah had direct American encouragement to go nuclear. Iraq’s program began in 1988, at the close of the Iran-Iraq war (1980-88). Saddam’s Iraq was sort of a Western ally; Iran would have been Iraq’s first target of choice.

Iraq is a nation that couldn’t build a main battle tank even given kit versions of the T-72. Iran’s hi-tech is North Korean in origin.

Add to that, the objective of restoring Palestine for Palestinians by bequeathing them an irradiated wasteland – one that would be in the midst of the Arab-Persian Islamic world – is hardly logical and too obvious for Arabs and Persians to miss. On the other hand, the irrationality of nuking its own desired imperial periphery appears lost on Israel, unless 300 plus nukes are actually an insurance policy against Europe or the U.S..

Furthermore, loose one nuke, and the spell of restraint is broken. Any use of nukes by any power, will invite retaliation and loss of trepidation. There is unlikely to be any such thing as ‘limited nuclear war’ once it starts, save the limitation of rapidly de-industrialized and dying societies’ being unable to restock their arsenals as they and everyone else, expire from the fallout.

Back to certain reality, the Arabs and Persians can hardly threaten with what they do not have. A precedent, the Pakistani-Indian nuclear cold war, has remained just that, a cold war precluding either side from applying a military solution.

Therin lies what Israel would want to prevent – the functional removal of conventional military options against their neighbors by MAD. Conventional options would remain with or without nuclear weapons, without the risks attendant to nukes. Israel’s empire problem from an imperialist point if view, is staying power, not firepower.

Given the real history of Israel, the indigenous peoples were well within their rights to act against an imperialist neighbor which was essentially a European colonialist action.

Nazi Germany instigated the Holocaust, not the Palestinians or the Ottomans; why should their descendants pay? Middle Eastern Jews in Palestine are second or even third-class citizens compared to the dominant, European Askenazis. Under the Ottomans, Middle Eastern Jews lived in peace and affluence, often protected from Christians. Jewish unity is important, but so is sorting out who’s abusing that unity at who’s expense.

One has to ask – were Jews better off with or without Israel; or rather, which Jews were better off with Israel? Some Jews, even religious Jews, oppose Israel. Some Christians oppose Israel, although their motivations are much more suspect. There are many sources of objective information.

Israel defeated its enemies in a number of conventional wars, each time gaining vital strategic territory. Even the most pro-Israel assessment of many of these wars, provided they are accurate, like the Six Day War, offer glimpses of between-the-lines skulduggery on the part of Israel to artfully shroud opportunistic aggression as acts of defense.

One observes a repeated pattern of behavior. Strategic targets were defined before the conflict, conflict is necessary to achieve the strategic objective, and willfully precluded is peaceful resolution in favour of enacting an excuse for war.

As long as Israel insists on being an expansionist apartheid state inspired by the ‘Promised Land’ mythos, it will invite conflict.

All proponents of the ‘Promised Land’ mythos will always invite conflict, and those who understand that kind of eternal senseless war crazy, understand they have to resist it at all costs. Some of these parties have nuclear weapons. Only the anti-imperialist parties’ possession of nuclear weapons, such as Russia and China, ironically, protects them from attack.

Nuclear weapons (as well as Western indulgence) allow Israel to bully their neighbors without heed for consequences, including the consequence that their neighbors want nothing more to do with them.

‘Boycott Israel’ was a highly successful movement; only the collapse of organized society in Iraq and Syria resulted in the collapse of that movement in those lands and opening up of their borders to mostly illicit trade with Israel.

Even now, such captured Western cultural luminaries as J.K. Rowling demand an end to ‘Boycott Israel’, because boycotts are effective and safer than nukes to bring psychopathic little polities to heel.

Nuclear weapons have not saved Israel, only condemned it to become the worst it can be.

      • awb22

One could say the same for demonizing the Israelis.

        • Carl_Herman

Let’s stick to the topic, awb22: please explain how Israel’s armed attack and siege is lawful under the strict limits of legally-binding UN Charter that armed attacks are only allowed when under attack by another nation’s government. Hamas rejects that they attack Israel, and so-called rockets could be false flags from Israel (with a history of doing exactly that). Here’s the law: http://www.washingtonsblog.com/2015/05/seizing-an-alternative-obviously-unlawful-usuk-wars-of-the-present-2-of-7.html

          • Carl_Herman

And I’m not demonizing any group, pal: only the government’s choice of unlawful war.

          • awb22

Carl, I share your sentiments regarding war. However, as a Christian, I recognize and understand that a state of war exists. I’m not a pacifist and that isn’t what the bible teaches, even in the new testament. One has a right and duty to defend oneself.

Yes, the rockets fired into Israel could be false flag, so could the suicide bombs, and the videos of violence directed toward Israelis on their own streets. So, too, the reports genocide being perpetrated against Christians and non-muslims in the ME, could be lies.

The possibility exists, too, that these aren’t false flags, or lies. If you’re honest enough to admit that, then I think the most reasonable explanation, absent any evidence to the contrary, is that muslims are perpetrating these crimes against humanity. If that were to be the case, and I agree, we can’t prove with 100% certainty either way, but if that were the case, then what do you suggest the world should do with these criminals. Likewise, too, if, as you say, these are lies and false flags, then those responsible should be brought to justice.

However, I don’t see you offering evidence or proof, just condemnation of the Israelis. Why is that? What are your religious views? Agnostic, humanist, athiest? Why the hatred toward Israelis, and not all who commit violence towards others? I don’t hear you condemning the acts of violence perpetrated against Israel. You claim they’re false flags. That’s rubbish and you know. I’m sorry I took the bait. I just want to understand your hatred of Israel, ostensibly for committing war crimes, and ignore those committed by muslims world wide. Why is that?

    • awb22

Therein lays the problem, its a false choice. That you would choose is indicative of your passion.
