July 4: Land of the free, home of the brave? Ok; are you free and brave enough to demand arrests of US .01% War Criminals?

Do you admire the US Declaration of Independence ideals of unalienable rights, and early Americans having the intellectual integrity and moral courage to defend your country from dictatorial government, and refusing being used as work animals of a .01% self-declared “elite”?

Those of you with Oaths to support and defend the US Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, do you have the honor to enact that Oath here and now?

Those of you who consider yourselves responsible and educated citizens, do you respect the sacrifices of all our families through two world wars to uphold the Emperor’s New Clothes simple treaties that make current US wars Orwellian unlawful? I mean, really: can you tell us any more important law for citizens to understand than when armed attack is and is not lawful?

Have you noticed that the US government of today has destroyed almost each and every freedom that the Declaration calls “Liberty” and the US Constitution partially lists in the Bill of Rights? You’re educated and consider yourself a responsible citizen, AND HAVE YOU NOTICED that almost each and every right has been taken from you with the age-old excuse of “national security”?

Unalienable rights are from God, and granted to all humans. Living in the land of the free and the home of the brave means by definition that we uphold all peoples’ freedom, and are brave enough to defend everyone’s freedom from all enemies, foreign and domestic.

The most important freedom to defend is what the Declaration of Independence calls “Life”: freedom to not be killed by dictatorial government. The two treaties after each world war make current US armed attacks not even close to lawful. Importantly, all “reasons” given for war to Americans, our military, and the world are now disclosed by US official documents as known to be false as they were told. Of 248 armed conflicts since WW2, the US started 201 (81%), killing ~30 million human beings; more than killed by Germany in WW2.

You wouldn’t know this unless you read alternative media, because in Empires since the Roman’s, governments for the elite insiders rather than the public always control:

  • Government for favorable laws, and to control military, law enforcement, and judges.
  • What is used for money to enrich themselves and pay their minions.
  • Media in order to propagandize the public to “cover” their crimes.

These claims require zero belief. Those of us awake simply ask what the Emperor’s New Clothes child asks the community: look for yourselves at naked crimes in literally ~100 areas. These crimes demand arrests, obviously, as the costs of these crimes centering in war and money dwarf all others:

A lawful revolution is in response to government that abjectly violates its own laws, and refuses all reasonable offers to return government limits within its own constitution. It is a lawful revolution that requests its own military and law enforcement to do their jobs of arresting obvious criminal suspects in their own government.

Are you free and brave enough to stand with those of us simply pointing to Emperor’s New Clothes obvious facts of our own government slaughtering our fellow humans in unlawful, lie-began wars and poverty-murder?

Will you pass this simple test of responsible citizenship to demand arrests of obvious criminals violating the most important laws to stop government wanna-be dictators to continue killing millions, harming billions, and looting trillions?

I teach history, government, and economics, and promise you that the above documented facts of two treaties after each world war are what you already learned beginning in elementary school, and finished learning in high school.

Are you free enough to verify what you already know, and brave enough to tell the simple truth of US domestic War Criminals?

If you admire the Founding Generation of Americans for standing against the tyranny of their own government, do you admire yourself enough to stand with them today under circumstances far more obvious than faced by Washington, Adams, Jefferson, and their colleagues?

The thoughts, words and actions you take are what you really are as a human being, and what you give to your children.

Be the American you’ve always wanted to be.

    The reason Americans don’t “demand” the arrest of US war criminals is because we know by now that our “demands” don’t work. We have watched large and prolonged protests like the Occupy movements rendered impotent by the police state. We have written our representatives in Washington only to be ignored. We have donated money we couldn’t afford to spend on Ron Paul’s campaigns only to have the Republican party change the rules and disqualify his delegates.
    The only success the American people have had in challenging our globalist corporate occupation was when some cowboys and vets ran off federal goons at the Bundy Ranch, proving beyond any doubt that only the threat of deadly force will liberate us from the embrace of the Wall Street Wolf.

      What if active duty US military and law enforcement see what we see, and what at least some of the Bundy Ranch citizens see?

      I predict the “Emperor’s New Clothes” moment will come, then the arrests will occur in a relative heartbeat. Occupy was only a start because NYPD supported the oligarchs instead of recognizing the central crimes in war and money that Occupy pointed to.

      Demands work to create choice, Tedx and MOLON LABE. Life is a team sport, we have the power and responsibility as citizens to demand those in military and law enforcement do the job they swore to do in upholding our most important laws, and that are the most obviously violated by our .01% “leaders.”

      Ron Paul and Dennis Kucinich spoke more truthfully than others, and both failed to call the wars and bankster looting as OBVIOUS CRIMES DEMANDING ARRESTS.

        Although ending the draft during the Vietnam War was a priority many Americans desperately wanted, the draft had a paradoxical effect of bringing more intelligent service members into uniform. This happened in spite of student deferments being used by many more intelligent draft-age men to escape the draft, but others enlisted because they could better control the service branch they entered and their job specialty once in. I happened to be in the Navy while this shift was occurring and the decline in intelligence of new enlistees in the “all-volunteer” military was quite noticeable. When I was about to get out I had to go through three trainees to take over one of my jobs as chart librarian on an aircraft carrier before I found one who could read well enough to follow the intricate chart correction notices from the US Coast Guard.

        Perhaps increasing the pay and benefits to attract the modern all-volunteer military has somewhat raised the general intelligence and awareness level of the average service member. However, their awareness level doesn’t begin to compare with people who read alternative news. Worse, the Pentagon itself actively blocks its service members from getting alternative news because they correctly understand that if things like 9/11 truth or how the banking system works started spreading through the ranks, the men and women of the military would begin demanding exactly what Carl Herman is asking for here — the arrest of the criminals running the world. And so our nation limps along with zombies in uniform who can’t find their next deployment on a map, let alone understand Constitutional issues well enough to realize the death-spiral crises they are sworn to protect us against demands their informed, courageous action at home, not abroad.

    As America’s politicians battle over the government’s debt ceiling, the US Treasury is thundering that a failure to raise the limit puts the nation on course to “default on its legal obligations – an unprecedented event in American history”. Alarming, but not quite correct.

    The US has technically defaulted on its debt – failed to meet its payment obligations to holders of its Treasuries – as recently as 1979. The cause? Problems with the office equipment as deadlines approached, according to officials, which left a relatively tiny amount of debt repayments unmet for a few weeks.

    citizen’s arrest. (1941) An arrest of a private person by another private person on grounds that (1) a public offense was committed in the arrester’s presence, or (2) the arrester has reasonable cause. Black’s Law Dictionary – Ninth Edition

    Despite the fact that citizens arrests do not carry the same constitutional requirements as a typical arrest, individuals must only use the amount of force that is reasonable and necessary to make the arrest. Just what exactly constitutes the reasonable and necessary amount of force depends on the facts surrounding each arrest. Juries will usually examine the facts surrounding a citizens arrest and make the determination of whether it involved excessive force.

    The use of excessive force can open up the arresting individual to civil and criminal liability, and this is especially true when individuals use deadly force to apprehend criminals. States have different rules about the use of deadly force during a citizens arrest, and failure to comply with the law in this area can result in serious consequences.

    Some states prohibit the use of deadly force except in circumstances where the person making the arrest or someone else is faced with the threat of serious bodily injury or immediate use of deadly physical force. In these situations, the person making the arrest may use deadly force in order to prevent harm to themselves or others.

    Other states allow people making a citizens arrest to use deadly force to stop a fleeing arrestee as long as the person making the arrest used reasonable methods in order to make the arrest. Some states go further and require that the person using deadly force first attempt to restrain the subject of the arrest, and other states require pursuit and an explicitly stated intent to arrest before using deadly force.

    Any use of deadly force during a citizens arrest that does not comply with the applicable state law could result in manslaughter or murder charges against the arresting individual, as well as a wrongful death lawsuit from the family of the suspected criminal.

    In addition to wrongful death lawsuits, a citizens arrest has the potential to expose individuals to other kinds of tort liability if the arrest was not justified. If a person does not comply with the laws requirements when making the arrest, the arrestee could allege a number of offenses in a personal injury lawsuit, including the aforementioned wrongful death, false imprisonment and assault and battery.

    Every individual is empowered to arrest wrongdoers in certain circumstances, but individuals looking to make a citizens arrest act at their own risk. Not only is the act of apprehending a criminal inherently dangerous, but failure to meet the legal requirements for a citizens arrest could have devastating consequences for the person making the arrest.

        More: Zanvo LIES that we are “in a State of War” because that “authorization” for force is specifically limited by our treaties, which under Article 6 of the US Constitution is our “Supreme Law”. The treaties make this “authorization” void because the use of US military is Orwellian unlawful under those two treaties. Moreover, the UN Security Council already issued two Resolutions with their authorized response to 9/11: international cooperation for fact-finding, arrests, and trials for the people who orchestrated 9/11. So, the US is violating Constitutional law under treaties, and the UNSC by unauthorized armed attack – the very thing the UN was designed to stop.

        And, Zanvo is really making a death threat against me by continuously mentioning “deadly force” for a citizen’s arrest, and that I’m a target for such an arrest.

        But this is how the .01% roll with their minions like Zanvo getting paid in attempt to scare away challenges to the .01%’s massive crimes centering in war and money.

    Sadly, I don’t think it’s going to come from the military from my personal experience in The AIr Force (January, 1991 – January, 1999). The military is largely full of cowards who lack the courage and proper job excellence to speak out. Those that do speak out will never make it past E-7 or O-4 and they’ll likely leaver after 4 or 8 years like I any many others did.

    I did the best I could to speak out against the BS that i saw in my sphere (as a 1C6X1), but no only two officers and a handful of other enlisted members ever backed me up out of a several hundred that I worked with in 8 years.

    It’s going to take a a double digit percentage (probably ~15%) of people coming forward in all other government institutions before the military actually carries out their oaths that they swore. They and others need a very large amount of media, political and social cover before they are willing to risk being hanged for what will be pinned on them as “treason.”

      MCB: I, too, was asleep until 2004. When the “Emperor’s New Clothes” moment comes, it will be in a rush of momentum. Consider:
