Grandfathers in WW1, fathers in WW2; we’ll have arrests of today’s War Criminals or WW3

hat tip: StormCloudsGathering

At least since the Roman Empire, Earth has been overrun by .01% literal psychopathic oligarchs looting in the lies of “self-defense”:

“It is no use trying to escape their arrogance by submission or good behavior. Robbers of the world, having by universal plunder exhausted the land, their drive is greed. If the enemy be rich, they are rapacious; if poor, they lust for domination. Neither rule of the East nor West can satisfy them. Alone among men, they crave with equal eagerness poverty and riches. To plunder, slaughter, seize with false pretenses, they give the lying name ‘empire.’ And where nothing remains but a desert, they call that ‘peace.’ ” – Tacitus, The Agricola and the Germania (analyses here, here)

All of our families sacrificed through two world wars in the century we were born. What sacrifices did your family make that we should honor today in our thoughts, words, and actions?

For my family, both grandfathers were in the US military for WW1:

  • My father’s father stated, “I don’t tell war stories.” My father said his dad fought in trench warfare.
  • My mother’s father was stationed in Paris as a pneumatics engineer for transport trains’ braking systems’ maintenance and repairs. He told stories of great food and French women.

For WW2, my father, only uncle, and wife’s father were in the US military:

  • My father was on the younger side (born 1927), trained as a tank driver, and did not have his unit deployed. Other trained units with him engaged in the Battle of the Bulge (~90,000 US casualties, ~19,000 killed).
  • My mother’s older brother was an officer. When my two brothers and I would ask about the war, he only said, “Boys, you don’t want to know, and I don’t want to tell you.” My mother said that his brother’s hair turned white from the war, and he returned with PTSD behaviors.
  • My father-in-law was a combat field medic. My wife says she believes he was wounded on seven different occasions during the war. For certain, the last was from German machine gun fire with seven bullets going through both legs that left him disabled for life.

For US war on Vietnam, my parents gave as much of the following one-paragraph history that they knew, advising my older brother to not enlist in such a war. From my assignment for high school history and government students on critical thinking:

After the “War to make the World Safe for Democracy,” Ho Chi Minh’s petition for a democratic Vietnam was denied by the victors of WW1. Vietnam remained under France’s dictatorship for economic and political colonial domination. The US supported Minh during WW2 in his guerrilla warfare against Japan, only to deny his petition for Vietnam’s independence at the end of the war. The US paid for up to 80% of France’s military costs to keep Vietnam enslaved by the French. The US supported the cancellation of an election in Vietnam when it became clear that Minh’s socialistic economic plan was more popular than a Western-friendly leader. The Vietnam War exploded with SecDef McNamara’s contrived reporting of the Gulf of Tonkin incident; (25) manipulated intelligence at best (26) in first light, but then manipulated into an outright false-flag attack. The war escalated with unlawful invasions and attacks in Laos and Cambodia, dropping more bombs than from all sides of WW2 combined on a country smaller than California that killed perhaps 10% of their civilian population, ~3.5 million. The government’s stated goal at the time was to “defeat communism” by winning the hearts and minds of civilians while we killed over 1,000 civilian children, women and the elderly daily through high-altitude bombing. The war killed 58,000 Americans, and only ended through massive US demonstrations.

After each world war, the US led creation of treaties to make wars illegal: the Kellogg-Briand Pact and UN Charter make armed attacks on another nation unlawful unless in response to armed attack by that nation’s government. Under Article Six of the US Constitution, a treaty is our “supreme Law of the Land;” meaning that no order can compromise a US active treaty.

These treaties are therefore US Constitutional Law, a requirement of the US Constitution, demanding US military to defend from their Oath of Enlistment: “defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.” Basic training includes instruction to refuse unlawful orders, with officers authorized to arrest those who issue them. The most important unlawful order to recognize is to deploy for OBVIOUS unlawful war.

Importantly, all “reasons” given for war to Americans, our military, and the world are now disclosed by US official documents as known to be false as they were told. Of 248 armed conflicts since WW2, the US started 201 (81%), killing ~30 million human beings; more than killed by Germany in WW2.

All of our families sacrificed through two world wars: if there’s one law that Americans should know as least as well as rules of their favorite sport, it’s war law.

The US Army’s official law handbook provides an excellent historical and legal summary of when wars are lawful self-defense and unlawful War of Aggression in a seven-page Chapter One.

US military JAG authors/attorneys explicitly state on page 6 that war is illegal unless a nation is under attack from another nation’s government, or can provide evidence of imminent threat of such attack:

“Anticipatory self-defense, whether labeled anticipatory or preemptive, must be distinguished from preventive self-defense. Preventive self-defense—employed to counter non-imminent threats—is illegal under international law.”

As many in alternative media have reported for years, the US was not attacked on 9/11 by another nation’s government, and the US explicitly stated they had no evidence of any imminent threat of attack. Indeed, when all “reasons” for US wars are now known to be lies known to false as they were told, and disclosed by official US government agencies’ official documents, there appears to be no more ridiculous claim of “lawful orders by a US president” than any order associated with current armed attacks.

If these wars centering in war and money are to end, it will be from public removal of consent, expressed in numerous and creative ways. To achieve this stage, it seems the precursor stages must include recognition of war law, and that these wars are not even close to lawful. The removal of consent for unlawful war would arrest/stop the wars (more on arrests here).

There are no “international laws”. The purpose of the United Nations is to make you think that a mafia with a flag, such as the British Crown or Saudi Arabia or Israel or another British Protectorate, is a country. Permanent U.S. Military union with The British Crown is what N.A.T.O. is.
N.A.T.O. is treason against the American Declaration of Independence of 1776.
NO REAL AMERICAN CAN FIGHT FOR the N.A.T.O. treaty. No treaty can legally abolish the Civilian Government of the United States and make us a British vassal state.

    • Carl_Herman you may feel discouraged by the history of law working in Orwellian opposite of letter and intent. Our reclamation of justice includes a fair game.

The 99.99%’s victory is simple application of law to stop tremendous crimes centering in war and what is used for money.

There is law, in letter and intent to never have armed attacks. We will have justice for such outrageous violations to annually kill millions, harm billions, and loot trillions.

War mongering in politics should be an indictable offense, the same as threatening somebody with physical harm.

    • Carl_Herman

It’s a violation of the UN Charter, a US treaty. Both political parties’ “leaderships” are the ones spinning for ongoing wars, so no action will be taken for war mongering.

The bigger deal is the unlawful Wars of Aggression to take rhetoric into armed attacks. This is the worst crime a nation can commit, demanding arrests by US military and refusal to engage in unlawful war.

The war in Afghanistan is all about money. Afghanistan is the perfect market as far as the weapons industry is concerned. Here they can sell what they want to whom they want at the price they want. Billions of dollars of hard earned American Tax payers cash is extorted from the American citizens to ‘help’ Afghans. Instead the money is spent on their favorite warlords, who are proxies who do most of the dirty (brutal) work, but big chunks of this money is ‘spent’ on new arms, gone to Kandahar 3 times since 2001 and I have seen 3 different types of PACs and the last time I went there the sky was studded with tens of spy blips.

Do you really think the US army is changing hardware so often just for a bunch straggly Taliban who aren’t even interested in killing the occupiers, the Taliban are more interested in bombing market places and mosques and madrasas, same target as the US drones out in remote places.( the suicide bombs are actually just package bombs kept around in crowded market places which then the US controlled media hype as a ‘suicide bomb’

Listen up America, the war in Afghanistan is about subduing the American people if and when they rise against the one percent. Its all about spying and urban warfare, hundreds of new gadgets are being used here. Afghanistan is the testing ground for these new weapons and the Afghans are the guinea pigs.

Last year a 22 year old father of 2 got shot when he failed to stop at a check point, it was cold and his window was closed and he car tape was on. American soldiers sprayed the car with bullets then they riddled his dead body after they got to the car. The hospital report said he had a hundred bullets in his body. Another report, forgot the link, says that on average 25000 bullets were used per Taliban killed. 25000 bullets!

What if you were selling something and you were given a blank check to deliver as much as you saw sufficient for a particular project, you surely would recommend 10 where one would be enough and charge 10 when the item was worth just one dollar. This is what the the Military industrial complex, that have encroached upon the US government are doing with the billions of dollars of US taxpayers money. Last year they destroyed 7 billion worth of military vehicles and other hardware-just so that they can make more junk and sell it to the US government (for their own wars) and make ridiculous profits from it.

In Kabul, Kandahar and Marzar we have no proper hospitals. You need to go to Pakistan or Iran or India if there is some medical emergency. Even though pre-2001 a handful of dedicated arab doctors provided for all the medical needs of cities like Kandahar and no one had to go to Pakistan (about 85 KMs from Kandahar) And yet now with billions of dollars earmarked for rebuilding of Afghanistan there are no doctors in the one big hospital, schools that have no chairs or books, Kids rummage through garbage dumps something unheard of before the war because food was very cheap but with the influx of dollars in the hands of a few prices food prices have gone beyond the reach of these kids.

This all to let you know that the money they claim to be spending on rebuilding Afghanistan is not being spend where it is needed. Its going into the pockets of unscrupulous contractors and into the pockets of criminal warlords that have made life hell for the average afghan. These warlords are beyond the law, they grab land, kidnap for ransom and assassinate with impunity those that dare to stand up to them or to even compete on a commercial basis with them.

The police are a bunch of thugs and use their guns to rob civilians. For instance in Kandahar city, a man I know was stopped at a police check post told to get out of the car and then the police drove away with his car just like tha, leaving the 70 years old man to walk home. A complain was lodged at the governor’s office, who told him to be thankful they didn’t kill you, which they could and do so regularly mostly young people who resist giving their cars or motorcycles, they are shot then labeled Taliban and the case is closed.

This is not pseudo democracy in Afghanistan, this is the future of democracy all over the world, this is democracy in the new world order. Where the one percent will rule with an iron fist as the ruling class and the warlords and mercenaries, like backwater et all will be the enforcers and the rest will be the slaves.

Because Afghanistan is 90 percent rural very little people have access to technology or the money to access it. So very little of the real stories get out. Recently I heard about a suicide bombing on a wedding party in the news, we phoned home worried about relatives but they told us a very different story, they said that a US plane shot at the building then flew away, hundreds of eye witnesses saw it but due to lack of info getting out of Kandahar and the total dominance of the media by a few this distorted story was broadcast all over the world and the real story known only to those who witnessed it and their relatives.

The war in Afghanistan is not just unjust, it is criminal and it is a death bed being prepared for real democracy and freedom. It was in Afghanistan that the Soviet Leviathan got the noose and it is here that American democracy is being prepared for its demise.
