When Americans look at how young dope offenders are, the number over overdoses, and the increasing extent of creeping, lifelong mental illness, the fact that this online pamphlet-propaganda states dope crimes are victimless crimes is both heinous and appalling. And to read widely today online the gross rationalizations for the legalization of pot is doing nothing but marketing dope to today’s youth. Face it, the target market group for dope is America’s children.

Fuck all the legalize politicians and dope people. We should have the death penalty for dope dealers.

Would you also have the state kill all those who provide substances you find disagreeable? Is having the state kill scores of thousands of its own citizens in order to realize your moral vision something you don’t find utterly evil? Are you, by chance, a devotee of evil?

Oh, yes. If I understand you correctly, you are one of those Libertarian ideologues who think you have the RIGHT to make dope available to kids.

        Get a life, asshole.

Man, you are one serious freedom hater. Betcha you were an alcohol prohibitionist in a past life.

Here’s another fella who thinks dope is so wonderful, he should have the right to give it to kids. Aren’t you the hero! Kids are the target market for legalized dope. I don’t know what is so difficult to understand. Every politician that is advocating legalization of dope is saying it’s okay to market dope to kids. If it’s made legal, then the kids are going to say, well, then that’s for me. So, where do these people get off? Beer is still being marketed to kids today, with great success too!

So, what are you, just stupid?

And as for tax revenues coming from legal pot sales… Dopers are a tax drain on society as a whole. Legalization of dope is going to kill the tax base, because dopers are generally speaking very unproductive, social service consumers.

Mental health services are full of dopers! Take a trip to the local mental health center. The majority of their clients are dopers. And the state pays for their endless care!

“We should have the death penalty for dope dealers.”

Actually, it is you who are the criminal.

First, you must confront the question, are drug law violations illegal because they are crimes?

So what makes something criminal? In every criminal law class in every law school in the entire Anglo-American legal system the common element of all crime is the intent to harm others or their property, such as in burglary, murder, arson, battery, etc. In the case of the use of “illegal” drugs there is no intent to harm others. At most, drug use is a vice – wherein one harms oneself – but since others are not harmed no crime has been committed. Nor is manufacture of drugs a crime since, again, manufacture does not harm others. Nor is selling drugs to willing buyers a crime based on the legal dictum, to the willing no harm is done. In sum, the use, manufacture and sale of drugs is not criminal as all parties involved in these activities do so voluntarily.

Massive crime is, however, committed by police, prosecutors, courts and prison guards in that they do intend to harm drug users via arrest, prosecution, conviction, fines, forfeiture of property and imprisonment. As you endorse these criminal activities you are an aider and abettor of crime and should be punished accordingly.
