Mainstream Media Cheerleads for Syria War … But Overwhelming Majority of Comments Are Against It

Propaganda War Is Failing

The media’s reporting on Syria has been as terrible as it was on Iraq.  Indeed, the mainstream media and gatekeeper alternative media are always pro-war.

The majority of mainstream articles are lamely trying to justify bombing Syria.

But – on every website I’ve examined – the comments are overwhelmingly against Western intervention. Take a look at the comments on pro-war articles … do you see what I mean?

So far, the propaganda effort is failing miserably.

Do you really think comment boards at CNN and other mainstream are legitimate comments from regular people? They are not always. Many times they have government paid shills (or someone funding the comments). So you cannot get the drift of what Americans want by comment boards.

i think he was referring to comments found on other websites such as independent news sources
and bloggers rather than th major main stream media least this is how I see it!

Yes, but Obama has clear evidence of a massive chemical attack committed by Assad.

Obama dumped that evidence in the ocean for safe keeping.

But you can trust Barry on this. Syria should be nuked, or worse maybe. That may be the plan, the or worse maybe. Nuke Syria and roll right on into Iran with tanks mounted with cruise missiles loaded with Monsanto’s Round-Up.

Did you read it today? Scientists have perfected mind control. Good God! That will help the little bastards get better grades in school. They should’ve done this a long time ago. Just strap one of those bonnets on the kids at birth. No more problems. And we can go back to an all volunteer military.

I was at the Mai Lai Massacre demonstrations in Cambridge, Massachusetts back during the Vietnam War. Paralleling the public sentiment here, the overwhelming majority of the people then were against those massacres, which were photo-journalist-documented with pictures of dead men, women and children piled-up in a ditch, shot in the back by American soldiers.

Of course when the Massachusetts State Troopers started shooting 2lb tear-gas canisters -at- the heads of the protesters in Cambridge, busting a lot of people up pretty badly, everyone decided the protest was something of a misguided effort. It wasn’t too much later when the National Guard let loose on protesters at Kent State University, and President Nixon closed every university in the country, sending students home for a months early summer break.

In the years since Mai Lai, American presidents have gained a great many new technological tools, made for them by the greedy, fame-seeking scientists that create these things. Money buys just about anything in this world, including the research and development done by these fiendish scientists who are all too willing to advance the capability of the nut-job-presidents who are so eager and willing to use their devilish inventions.

Western powers routinely assassinate scientists in the countries of their foes.

I sure hope so! It’s an exact carbon copy of the Iraq war 10 years ago. Shame on us for voting for thinking Obama and Kerry would be different at all. “Hope” and “Change” – how could we be such suckers?

Of course no normal person wants to be a partner to premeditated mass murder. Like Iraq.
Especially on the basis of two very filthy words – “Israel claims”

I am shocked …. after all these successful campaigns in Iraq, Libya Afghanistan, where millions of citizens enjoy all privileges of modern democracy [power cuts, unemployment, bombs explosions, torture prisons, tribal fights], still there are people opposing the invasion of Syria …?

    Previously…Not reported in US.
Testimony from victims now strongly suggests it was the rebels, not the Syrian government, that used Sarin Nerve Gas during a recent incident in the revolution-wracked nation, a senior UN diplomat said Monday.
Carla del Ponte, a member of the UN Independent International Commission of Inquiry on Syria, told Swiss TV there were “strong, concrete suspicions but not yet incontrovertible proof,” that rebels seeking to oust Syrian President Bashar al-Assad had used the nerve agent.
But she said her panel had not yet seen any evidence of Syrian government forces using chemical weapons (CW), according to the BBC, she added that more investigation was needed.

And the NEW video of the rebels firing the CW.

Only a teeny weenie little problem with any surgical strike. When the first crusie missile leaves the US ship, as detected by Chinese satellites, Dr Assad CANNOT know if this is a 10 missile across-the-bows warning, or a 100 missile strike to degrade runways, planes, control centres, OR full shock and awe to blast Syria into the stone age aka Iraq and Libya. He will have no choice but to immediately retaliate in FULL. Anti-ship missiles, Yakhonts from Russia, and C-802s from China, Iskander cruise missiles, ICBMs tipped with whatever etc. And 40,000 missiles await in Lebanon to fly to Israel.
