5-minute video: Declaration of Independence was/is lawful revolution from criminal government

A lawful revolution is in response to government that abjectly violates its own laws, and refuses all reasonable offers to return government limits within its own constitution. It is a revolution that requests its own law enforcement to do their job to arrest obvious criminals in their own government. The central crimes are in unlawful wars that kill millions, and massive economic fraud that harms billions and loots trillions of the 99%’s earnings every year. Government crimes was America’s challenge that the Continental Congress and Thomas Jefferson addressed in our Declaration of Independence. Please give two minutes of your attention to this central text of being American:

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, –That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.–Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.”

We the People hold these patriots as heroes today. I am a history teacher: the Founders considered themselves loyal to their government BECAUSE its history was one of freedom from tyranny, and overthrowing would-be kings that attempted dictatorial rather than limited government. The American Revolution only occurred a year after its own government attacked its own citizens under an unlawful standing army attempted to disarm its citizens at Lexington and Concord, Massachusetts. American leaders wrote and offered the “Olive Branch Petition” asking their government to restrain itself within its own laws and essentially forgiving its military-murders of American civilians. Our government responded in 1775 by calling such Americans “traitors” with no retreat from their orders to arrest American leadership whose only “crime” was asking for lawful government. That is history; this is today. As always for today, we ask for peaceful, lawful response to what we allege in good faith as “emperor has no clothes” obvious crimes centering in war and money, and obfuscated by a 1% cartel/corporate media. My only suggestion to the 99% is to let your heart and mind guide your beautiful, unique, and powerful self-expressions.

  • The American War for Independence started on April 19, 1775 though the voting process. The “Regulars” showed up to rape, kill, pillage and burn “two or three towns” to put the peasants back in line. (comments on record by the crowns officers states that this was their belief to put us down) A bunch of pre-organized MILITIA stood up and said NO! One man cast the first 70 caliber vote into a red ballot box and then many votes were cast back and fourth for the rest of the day. The voting was going on all the way back to Boston. While the paper pushers would make us think the war started 14 months later. For the PEOPLE it started then and there and no compromise would be accepted. Question. If a “deal” had been made by certain paper pushing parties WHO would have been handed over to the crown as a payment/price for betrayal of the revolt? Ne Copula Nobiscum! MGK/GDW!

        When religion was supplanted by science in the 19th century, moral terms often came to be restated so as to appear to be more officious. So instead of “sinner” we have “psychopath”.

      I checked the photo and story, gozounlimited. That’s why we at Washington’s Blog STRONGLY SUGGEST that the criminal 1% surrender. As always, we are willing to appear on the 1%’s corporate/cartel media to argue for Truth & Reconciliation to exchange their surrender and truth-telling (and surrender of criminal assets) in exchange for no prosecution. I promise to argue for their comfortable pensions to live the rest of their lives as fair exchange for saving the lives of those they currently kill by war and poverty. I’m ready to do so today.

      There are many who will not be as forgiving to the 1% when they recognize the crimes they have committed.

      I recommend a “Scrooge conversions” for the criminal 1%, always sooner rather than later.

        Yes, but the state of Israel is no more than a satellite of the US. With

        – more than $3 billion US official military aid par year (2012) (and this does not include many military projects)
        – more than $3 billion US Loan guarantees (not considered foreign aid) per year (2011),
        and probably many times those figures unofficially (especially since the accountability for the “war on terror” is a word of the past),
        – plus a huge unknown and difficult to compute (more than $20 billion) amount of private US corporate money,

        you cannot expect the state of Israel to be truly independent (FYI, the Israeli annual budget is currently around $90 billion). In my view it is more a puppet state at the service of the US government (which is itself at the service of commercial empires and transnational corporations, etc) than anything else.

    I wondered about this same bit of our founding document a while back, after wondering how it could really be that “we get the government we deserve”. In a land based on fraud, that’s not necessarily so anymore. I wrote an article about that last November, having to do with the consent of the governed:


    In the meantime, perhaps one of the most useful things we can do is continue to shine the light on the deeds of darkness and decay. Perhaps with enough light, more people will awaken and take back what has always been theirs?

Once they see oppression as oppression in its insidious form they will act in good conscience with all their heart. The primary hindrance has been the carefully-crafted darkness in nearly every institution that has the false trust of the comfortable people.

    The Declaration is a wonderful document that expresses the confidence of the 18th Century yeoman farmer, self sufficient, self reliant, self disciplined, master of his own destiny, bearing the stamp of approval of the Divinity itself. Thomas Jefferson would not understand the world we live in or the people who call it home. The power of the state is beyond anything he could have imagined in the 18th Century. At that time there was technological parity between government and the people, which is acknowledged in the 2nd Amendment. Today, despite the daydreams of patriots, guns in the hands of the people represent no deterrent to state power unless these patriots have the support of another state to help them wage their interminable guerrilla war of liberation. It is doubtful that even the covert support of another state could help patriots prevail against new weapons systems, known and secret. The 1776 Revolution is not possible. Today the Revolution has to come from within the machine. The struggle for direct democracy is today a revolutionary activity. Ghandi & MLK are its leaders. Education about the nature of government, especially regarding false flag events like 911, and the small acts subversion and terror the government uses to divide and conquer, is all important. Defense of the internet. Fixing the electoral system. Etc

    It’s kind of simple to me. There are absolutes called “higher law”. “Higher law” must be divine in origin to apply to us all. For anyone to say that whatever a leader says is “higher law” and cannot be rebelled against is calling that person “God”. Those who want to worship a cult leader, make him head of state, call him “God” — you are declaring that such a head of state has the divine right to make laws and we have a religious duty to him to obey him unilaterally.

    Now, where is the separation of church and state?? It does not exist in such a cult system.

    Therefore, it is not possible that the whim of a man as a head of state (or a congress/senate/house) can be declared “higher law”. To state that there can be no civil disobedience to resist tyranny and that we are to mindlessly obey the state is to declare the merger of church and state declaring such men to be gods.

    This is morally repugnant. It is so morally repugnant it is animalistic in it’s exaltation of one man and the debasement of the rest. Any who engages in such exaltation of man and debasement of himself in blind obeisance to tyrants has made himself out to be a dog rather than a man.

    It is hard to put in words how appalling it is to blindly obey one’s government. I’m certain God in Heaven is even more insulted than I am at such a travesty and so preposterous a suggestion.

    I realize you have been lied to, however your video is an error. At least one of the signers of the Declaration, Chase, Samuel Maryland Somerset Co., MD 4/17/1741 6/19/1811 Lawyer EP , was a BAB lawyer. He was admitted to the bar in 1761 and started a law practice in Annapolis. His title of Royalty “Esquire” was an indication that he was an agent of the British government. So the “Declaration of Independence” was a fraud and merely an internal memo in the British government. You are owned by “The Crown” as you have always been. You have no “rights” and you have never had any “rights”. So get over it.
