The “War On Terror” Has Changed, and Not One In 1,000 Americans Has Noticed

What You Should Know about this “Unthinkable” Development…

In George Orwell’s novel 1984,  the country of Oceania has been in a war against Eurasia for years.

Oceania suddenly switches sides, naming Eastasia as its enemy and making its mortal enemy, Eurasia, its new ally.

The government uses propaganda to convince people that, “We’ve always been at war with Eastasia”.  The dumbed-down public doesn’t even notice that they’ve switches sides, and blindly rallies around Eurasia as its perennial friend and ally.

The same thing is happening in real life with Al Qaeda.

Western governments and mainstream media have admitted that Al Qaeda is fighting against the secular Syrian government, and that the West is supporting the Syrian opposition … which is helping Al Qaeda.

Similarly, the opposition which overthrew Libya’s Gadaffi was mainly Al Qaeda … and they now appear to be in control of Libya (and are instrumental in fighting in Syria.)

The U.S. also funds terrorist groups within Iran.

Of course, Al Qaeda was blamed for 9/11, and the entire decades-long “War on Terror” was premised on rooting out Al Qaeda and related groups.

So the fact that we now consider Al Qaeda fighters to be allies in any way, shape or form is positively Orwellian.

Remember, as Jimmy Carter’s National Security Adviser admitted on CNN, we organized and supported Bin Laden and the other originators of “Al Qaeda” in the 1970s to fight the Soviets.  (he also told the Senate in 2007 that the war on terror is “a mythical historical narrative”. )

As professor of strategy at the Naval War College and former National Security Agency intelligence analyst and counterintelligence officer John R. Schindler documents, the U.S. supported Bin Laden and other Al Qaeda terrorists in Bosnia.

But obviously we lost control and they turned against us … and then it took us years to hunt down and kill Bin Laden. Right?

Maybe, but:

  • A retired Colonel and Fox News military analyst said

“We know, with a 70 percent level of certainty — which is huge in the world of intelligence — that in August of 2007, bin Laden was in a convoy headed south from Tora Bora. We had his butt, on camera, on satellite. We were listening to his conversations. We had the world’s best hunters/killers — Seal Team 6 — nearby. We had the world class Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) coordinating with the CIA and other agencies. We had unmanned drones overhead with missiles on their wings; we had the best Air Force on the planet, begging to drop one on the terrorist. We had him in our sights; we had done it ….Unbelievably, and in my opinion, criminally, we did not kill Usama bin Laden.”

  • A United States Congressman claims that the Bush administration intentionally let Bin Laden escape in order to justify the Iraq war

The shenanigans started even before 9/11:

  • Attacks on the Twin Towers with planes were foreseen for years, but the U.S. did nothing to stop them.
  • A high-level military intelligence officer says that his unit – tasked with tracking Bin Laden prior to 9/11 – was pulled off the task, and their warnings that the World Trade Center and Pentagon were being targeted were ignored
  • The CIA may have helped many of the 9/11 hijackers get their visas to the U.S.

Indeed:

We’ve always been at war with Eastasia …

Given only the strictly credible sources about what has come out about 9/11 how can we possibly not think the Bush administration was not duplicitous in the Twin Towers attacks?

i used to doubt that but now i am almost sure he was. i think Obama has just continued the bush practice and made it even worse. I believe that regardless of who is elected next it will continue its current trend. It is all driven by powerful money. World bankers who are trying to take over the world. These bankers own both political parties and the huge debates between the two parties are a diversion to keep the people from discovering the real truth until it is too late.

It was. Look at the damage. It wasn’t caused by a fertlizer/fuel oil bomb. It was something like C4, much more rapid burn. The people who worked in the federal offices above the day care were told to NOT go to work that day. The fire department was also tipped off. Our own govt murdered those children. Think about it. A truck in the street with a bomb. why wasn’t whatever was on the other side of the street damaged? Look at the damage done to the building. Think about it. They were shape charges placed on supporting columns on the second or third floor where the govt offices were, not ground floor where the day care was.

      No….

        no what????????

    • chemistry

Everything in a massive radius of that bomb was damaged. If you knew anything about chemistry you would be aware of the explosive power of the device that ol’ Tim loaded into that Ryder truck. Check out the wikipedia page on the subject, or really any source of info before you tell others to “think about it”.

The new changes in the war on terror include changes of goverments, like Afganisthan, Irak, Egypt, Libia and probably Syria?, what is more safe an authoritarian goverment like Saddam Hussein/Gadhafy or more or less representative goverment like Egypt?.

  • ChesterJohn

you guys this goes deeper than Bush or Obama. this tells us our governments have been controlled by other sources and not the direct administrations of the presidents. Of course they take all the blame.

The elite that is who we need to get, the Bildgerbergs, Rothchilds, the Illuminate and so forth. all of this was to big to be of little men in high places this is big men in hiding places ruling our WORLD not just the US.

    • Nightowl872

The Presidents have ALWAYS been members of the Bilderberg org. Have not read anything definite about obama, yet, but I’m sure it will come out; that or he’ll be listed in the hierarchy of the Muslim world!

the politicians are like trained monkeys…they are only there to distract us ….it is obviously working….

  • Chad Wall

People of the USA. If history has been written correctly, I learned in my history book that a war that took place in 1776 called Revolutionary War. It has come time for us as Americans to stand and fight and take back what is ours. The government must be taught a hard lesson, that free will and justice will always overcome the corrupt. the government has become way to powerful, and the powers to be have given them the power. Don’t think one minute that we put these people in power, like Mr. john said above it goes deeper. Americans we must stand up and get ready to fight for what it and always be ours. The government will always try to take it from us, and it is what i am referring to is FREEDOM!!!!!!!

  • trav

Nobody is going to stand up to tbe government. People either don’t care, don’t believe it or are too preoccupied. Everybody is scared of authority, going to prison, being shot and mostly, losing.
The American citizens are the only group on this planet that can put a stop to this but 98% of the population does not realize this and probably never will.
Just jalf of us, 150,000,000 patriots would mow down any army they throw at us and they know this. I believe a serious threat of an overthrow is all it would really take and they would give us what we want.
Im ready, just tell me where to sign up.

    I wonder about this:

“…■A high-level military intelligence officer says that his unit – tasked with tracking Bin Laden prior to 9/11 – was pulled off the task, and their warnings that the World Trade Center and Pentagon were being targeted were ignored…”

At one level, there were elements of the intelligence community that were honestly tracking people like bin Laden’s group. They found suspicious actions. They reported their suspicions up the chain of command.

Then, there were other elements of the intelligence community that were able to command these other units to back off and let things be.

I’m tempted to say that in the intelligence community the right hand often does not know what the left hand is doing. After 9-11 this fact was offered up as an excuse fopr why 9-11 happened even though some elements of the intelligence community had some inkling of what was going to happen.

I have thought that this duplicity was the major fact about 9’11 that we should take away from it. That is, some of the terrorists that bomb and kill us work for the U.S. government.

So, for example, the TSA is wasting its time x-raying me at an airport because there is some element of the U.S. intelligence community that will be able to get a bomb on board my plane, whether or not all the passengers have been examined and anally probed. It’ll be brought on by a TSA agent working for the government.

That’s what apparently happened with 9-11. Some group of operatives, be they muslim towelheads brought in specially from some CIA post in Saudi Arabia, Turkey, or Florida, or skinhead double agents with ranger training, and the intelligence guys in command will protect them from other elements of the intel-com until the bombs are placed and timers set. Then, afterwards, there will be hand wringing and hair pulling because the blasted government agencies don’t talk to one another.

The problem isn’t that they don’t talk to one another, it’s that some of them think that killing us is part of their plan..

They know wtf they are doing. It is called following an agenda.

even though Benazir Bhutto told David Frost, matter-of- factly…
Osama died in 2001, of kidney failure….and everybody knows it….then she was murdered two weeks later….

  • Artimus

I disagree with some of your points. The U.S. has hardly switched sides and become an ally of Al Quaeda. One of the reasons the U.S. is treading carefully and pursuing diplomatic and economic pressure against Syria rather than arming the opposition is because Al Qaeda and jihadist sympathers make up part of the opposition. I’ve seen much debate
In the media and punditry about whether it would be better to leave the current regime in power than take a chance on having radical government in control.
Also I’m not sure why you feel the need to remind us that we supported Bin Laden before 9-11, that is rather well known and understood.
About your claims of a coverup. Could be true. Could be bureaucratic incompetance. Could be just the usual wacky conspiracy theories.
But I think you’re way overboard with the Orwellian analogy. Although I’m sure many in Internetland will agree with you.

    Cheers

“Of all the enemies to public liberty, war is perhaps, the most to be
dreaded because it comprises and develops the germ of every other.
War is the parent of armies; from these proceed debts and taxes …
known instruments for bringing the many under the domination of the few.…
No nation could preserve its freedom in the midst of continual warfare.”
    –James Madison

“The Theory and Practice of Oligarchical Collectivism
It does not matter if the war is not real, or when it is real, it does not matter if victory is not possible…..The war is not meant to be won, it is meant to be continuous…..The essential act of modern warfare is the destruction of the produce of human labor…. A hierarchial society is only possible on the basis of poverty and ignorance…In principle the war effort is always planned to keep society on the brink of starvation…..The war is waged by the ruling group against it’s own subjects, and it’s object is not victory over Eurasia or East Asia ( or Korea, Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, or Libya, or now Syria and Iran) but to keep the very structure of society intact.” George Orwell

Dr Brian Neil Talarico and Dr David Kenneth Cochrane have and continue to cause life threatening inreversible damages to woman, children, and the vulnerable… They’re paid to kill people for profit by the governments… Please feel free to participate in any way you can to bring these two criminals to justice as you see fit. The fake war on terror has changed indeed and none noticed for the mass media is also controlled by willing puppets who swiftly realise that putting a great artcle like this out may also have a negative effect on their next paycheck.

http://sfbayview.com/2012/u-s-deploying-troops-to-35-african-countries/ You’ll also see in this story, They are authorizing the deployment of these troops to these nations as part of a “peacekeeping” force to train government soldiers to fight Al-Qaeda influence in those areas, the same Al-Qaeda we Supported in libya and now in Syria. It really is strange that people can’t make the connection.

I have posted on different Main Stream Media Websites for years about the inconsistencies about the Official Story of 9-11 attacks.
Somehow I have come away believing that some of the detractors were either Government or Media Outlet employed. When will America wake up from its sleep and begin to understand that we are in an Orwellian nightmare?
    Thank you for your article.
